The house is located about 2 km from the small town of Gjern in the beautiful hilly Søhøjland near Silkeborg and only 30 minutes from Aarhus. There are plenty of opportunities for active holidays in the beautiful countryside with hiking routes, mountain biking trails, etc.

Enjoy the tranquility and coziness of our charming, modernized house from 1966, filled with green plants and lovely atmosphere. Lovely garden with, among other things, pool and orangery, and 250 meters from the front door you can swim or hike by a lovely beach with Aarhus Bay's longest bathing jetty. The house contains two good bedrooms with a total of three beds in 120-, 140- and 180cm width. The kitchen and bathroom are neat and well-functioning without being new and fancy, and there's what you'll need to feel at home during your stay.

You have 6 activity wristbands available that provide free access to the water park, etc. It is a 5 minute walk to the reception and to Søhøjlandet golf club. You have 15 minutes by car to Silkeborg and the swimming lakes -Fx. Almindsø. 30 minutes to Himmelbjerget, where you can also sail with the hjejlen. 35 minutes to Aarhus. There is ample opportunity for hiking, terrace fun, activities, play and fun for all ages. TV channels and free wifi.

When you rent our lovely apartment, you become part of Øer maritime, which is a holiday paradise for all ages. The area consists of 7 islands, which are connected by small bridges and canals. Here is a marina as well as a lock As a tenant , you have access to all shared activities, i.e. swimming pool with hot water pool, children's pool and sauna. In addition, the sports hall with various activities, Badminton and Padelbane. There is outdoor large playground, tennis courts, mini golf as well as mountain bike course..etc.

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. The house is furnished with three good bedrooms. Gathering room is the kitchen that is in open connection with the living room. From the living room there is access to the wooden terrace, which is covered and facing south-west. To the east there is a large tile terrace with a large annex of 10 m2 and heromme is also basin/pool located. The pool is open from May-September. The large lawn is suitable for play and is bordered by trees. There is an electric car charger.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The sofa can be folded out as a double bed. There are duvets and pillows for 6 pers. Linens not included in the rent, booked if necessary when booking. Heat source is heat pump and electricity. No TV channels. But there is Chromecast and wifi so you can stream TV from apps on your phone.
