Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 5th arrondissement

Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Louisa und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt. Supermarkt, Restaurants sowie der Bahnhof waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Miejsce bardzo przytulne i czyste. Gospodarz bardzo miły, nie było problemu, żeby zostawić bagaże prędzej i wymeldować się później. Dostaliśmy nawet wypieki! bardzo polecam ;)

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Loft trés accueillant, la petite cour est paisible et calme. La cheminée donne vraiment une touche chaleureusement et créer une ambiance. L’arrivée était top et le quartier animé avec des restaurants tops juste à côté. Il y a des cavistes, des épiceries et un mini market à deux pas. Trés pratique ! Encore merci à Pierre Marie pour l’accueil et son loft vraiment bien aménagé.

Louis’ apartment in the 6th arrondissement is very centrally located, spacious, and best of all; I didn’t have to buy anything additional for the apartment! Everything was well stocked from dishwasher/laundry pods to towels and much more. Additionally, Louis provided many French wines at no additional cost. I would 100% stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay at Kaya’s place and hope to be back. Great location, responsive host and just as described. Thank you Kaya and David.

We enjoyed staying here- great location, right on a square, and the apartment was recently renovated. It is lovely. I appreciated the washer and the clothes rack worked out well. It is an interior apartment, meaning you don’t have a good view. But it does mean a quiet night’s sleep!

Exceeded expectations, there are many reasons for this excellent mark: great location, amazing views, clean and bright, feeling very secure, no issues during the six-day stay, very accurate description, and an excellent host. Location is in the Quartier Latin in front of the Sorbonne, very close to restaurants, grocery shops, cafes and bakeries, close to various Paris landmarks including Notre Dame which is a 7 minutes walk away, and a five minute walk to RER and metro stations. Amazing views of the Sorbonne, and of the Eiffel Tower with the sunset, giving a feeling of being on top of Paris. Adding to the charm is that the studio is located in a typical Parisian building. David is a great host, very friendly, communicates very well, and is always available. The check-in was very efficient and David assisted with the luggage and showed this wonderful, well thought-out "smart" and comfortable studio. Merci beaucoup David, we'll be back!

J'ai adoré le quartier, le 12e arrondissement. Près du métro, plein de services à proximité. Je me suis toujours sentie en sécurité.

Very central and cozy flat in an area full of little cafes and restaurants. You can also see the Pantheon from the window which gave us a special taste of Paris. We had two great nights and did almost all the sightseeing by foot. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay here! A ton of food places nearby, close to metro stations, and overall a perfect place with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful six day stay at Catherine and David’s studio. Catherine was always very responsive and allowed us to access the studio early after an overnight flight. The studio is very smartly designed to take make optimal use of the space using modern furniture, appliances and fixtures. We were very much at home there. We walked a lot but also appreciated the close subway. Catherine left helpful notes and Paris advice and even made suggestions for current events. Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

L'appartement de Fabien est conforme aux photos et au descriptif, très propre et très bien agencé. La terrasse, avec qui plus est une vue superbe sur Paris, est un vrai plus ! Fabien m'a donné toutes les indications utiles avant mon arrivée, m'a conseillé sur les commerces de proximité et s'est montré très réactif lorsque j'avais des questions. Si je dois revenir à Paris, je regarderai en priorité si son logement est disponible !

Appartement conforme à la description, propre et très agréable. Les instructions étaient claires et l’hôte est réactif. Bref j’y reviendrai les yeux fermés

Very happy with our stay! The location was great - walkable to everything in Montmartre including the Metro. It was close enough to the Main Street for easy accessibility but yet private and safe. Marie was a super responsive and friendly host! Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Montmartre. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured.

This apartment is the ideal place to stay while visiting Paris. The view of the Eiffel Tour from the living room is beyond incredible especially at night when the light show happens. All types of restaurants are in the area. There is even a grocery market for extra things you might want. It is also quite close to all of the sites that are on your list. Getting an Uber or Bolt was super easy and really quick. And then there is Nicolas. He gave so many recommendations for anything and everything that I would have had to stay a whole year to try them all. Many Thanks. And I almost forgot…the heated towel racks! I love heated towel racks and so will you. If you are planning a trip and want a real Parisian experience….this would be it.
