Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 5th arrondissement

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The place is very cozy and clean. The host was very nice, it was no problem to leave the luggage earlier and check out later. We even got pastries! I highly recommend it ;)

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We enjoyed staying here- great location, right on a square, and the apartment was recently renovated. It is lovely. I appreciated the washer and the clothes rack worked out well. It is an interior apartment, meaning you don’t have a good view. But it does mean a quiet night’s sleep!

Exceeded expectations, there are many reasons for this excellent mark: great location, amazing views, clean and bright, feeling very secure, no issues during the six-day stay, very accurate description, and an excellent host. Location is in the Quartier Latin in front of the Sorbonne, very close to restaurants, grocery shops, cafes and bakeries, close to various Paris landmarks including Notre Dame which is a 7 minutes walk away, and a five minute walk to RER and metro stations. Amazing views of the Sorbonne, and of the Eiffel Tower with the sunset, giving a feeling of being on top of Paris. Adding to the charm is that the studio is located in a typical Parisian building. David is a great host, very friendly, communicates very well, and is always available. The check-in was very efficient and David assisted with the luggage and showed this wonderful, well thought-out "smart" and comfortable studio. Merci beaucoup David, we'll be back!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Very central and cozy flat in an area full of little cafes and restaurants. You can also see the Pantheon from the window which gave us a special taste of Paris. We had two great nights and did almost all the sightseeing by foot. Highly recommended!

David was a great help. He was able to respond to our various requests. Possibility of arriving earlier at the car park and leaving later. David was very responsive during our many requests. The accommodation is suitable for 3 people and is faithful to the photos and features given in the listing. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, no car noise and is easily accessible by bus or subway. We recommend, especially in terms of quality/price.

Marie’s apartment was the perfect spot for us to explore a new area of Paris. It’s very convenient to a Metro stop and walkable to many restaurants and stores. The space was perfect for three of us, and we immediately felt right at home. Marie was very responsive and provided detailed instructions that made our check in and check out easy. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a great time using Bertrand's apartment as a home. It was central to many restaurants, metros and busses. The apartment felt very homey, we stayed 8 days and would have gladly stayed longer (forever?)😁 The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, appliances, pots, etc. The rest of the apartment was very nice and well kept. We especially loved the balcony! We would definitely stay again. (And it's near the Rue Mouffetard, our favorite parisian street!)

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I had a wonderful stay at Vincent’s place. Small but efficient. Always had my breakfast at home. It was wonderful to have the balcony and the wonderful view of Paris and many landmarks as well. Getting to and from the apartment on foot or using metro was very easy. Vincent was very communicative and welcoming. A friend of his welcomed me on my arrival and showed me around the apartment. I was very comfortable and felt safe. I certainly would return to Vincent’s place when I return to Paris.😁❤️ I felt at home and relaxed. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon.

We had the most beautiful stay in Hubert and Victorias place! We arrived and it was raining but made it so cosy and atmospheric on the balcony. Comfy bed, clean all over and we slept really well. Super lovely and helpful hosts. 5 flights of stairs felt very worth it when you get in!! Balcony picnics to remember forever. So gorgeous and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Very happy with our stay! The location was great - walkable to everything in Montmartre including the Metro. It was close enough to the Main Street for easy accessibility but yet private and safe. Marie was a super responsive and friendly host! Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Montmartre. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured.

I had a lovely stay at Sophie and Antoine's, the apartment is clean, well-equipped and functional. The apartment is very well located, the building is quiet. I recommend this place for short or long stays.
