Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zwaanshoek

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room provide a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you'd rather not go on an excursion, but just stay in the apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pieter’s place. At first we were hoping to stay in central Amsterdam but this was one of the few places we could find that could fit our group size and we ended up loving Haarlem and it was incredibly easy to get to central Amsterdam when needed. Furthermore, we requested an early check-in and Pieter was very responsive and accommodating to making that happen for us. Overall, would highly recommend!

Karin's accommodation is wonderful. It is strategically great, as the surrounding towns/cities are not far away. You can easily reach them on foot or by bike. The accommodation is as described and is quiet and somewhat remote. We felt very comfortable. Karin was a very pleasant host. Thank you again for everything.

We had a wonderful stay while attending a workshop in Haarlem. The place is very nice and modernly furnished, everything was super clean, the garden is fantastically beautiful and communication with Bou was great. We would recommend it to anyone:)

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Joost was an amazing host to me and my family! It was the first time that we were traveling abroad with our 11mo son and he made us feel right at home- even had a travel crib set up upon arrival. The location is very convenient - right above a coffee shop which Joost gives vouchers for :) very walkable and overall great space!

The accommodation is very clean and modern. Many cities around Noordwijk can be reached very easily by car. The area is very quiet and familiar. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again.

We loved this little stay, the accommodation was great, we felt at home, it's very cozy and the accessibility is very simple, it's very quiet and peaceful and super well located I would recommend it 100% 😊

This place is enchanting! We thoroughly enjoyed the days in the beautifully furnished attic and the animals in the garden. Our daughter (almost 2 years old) loved playing in the garden and petting the animals. We felt like we were in Bullerbü! Mirjam was always there to help us, prepared a fresh, super delicious breakfast for us every day and lent us bicycles. :-) Very big recommendation!!

The house was great. The location is very good, but if you are going to stay here, it would be useful to have a car. There is a private entrance to the house. The owner "Kim" is really interested and communicates quickly. We thanks her very much. Everything was perfect.

Lovely apartment, very spacious and clean, super nice and considerate host, great views of historic Leiden (including the windmill!), close by all the sights in historic Leiden, wonderful outside patio. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The cottage is equipped with every comfort and feels very luxurious. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped – we enjoyed cooking there. The shower and the whole house are also comfortable and spacious. The view of the greenery was really fantastic. You'll relax right away. Every morning and often in the evening, we took a walk through the beautiful forest with special birds and deer. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Always up for a chat and we thought it was very cozy. If we liked something, we spontaneously got to taste something, so sweet and thoughtful! In short: this is an absolute must, whether you want to stay a few days or longer. We'd love to come back here again.

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.

Mark is a very friendly and attentive host. Everything was as described and we felt right at home! The apartment is a great recommendation and all larger cities such as Amsterdam, the Hague etc. are easily accessible.

I personally found it to be one of the most beautiful AirBNBs I've slept in so far. If you're a bit into vintage, you'll appreciate the charm of the apartment. I would have liked to pack the facility directly and rebuild it at my home. :-) everything was very clean and the beds totally comfortable. the hosts were super friendly and accommodating, we were even allowed to check out later. Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

Charlotte is a courteous and helpful hostess. If we had any questions, she was always very easy to reach. Her apartment was great for our short stay and we were able to explore Utrecht comfortably via rental bike. The accommodation was very clean and we also enjoyed the view from the terrace. And even if the spiral staircases were a daily challenge despite the existing handrails, we would definitely ask her again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! It’s in a great location near so many food places and great stores. Everything is pretty walkable which made it nicer for our stay. I would stay here again !

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. It's definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

Second time we rented this Airbnb. It is very comfortable. Equipped with a small fridge, microwave/convection oven Small dishwasher. Tess communicated with us frequently. Would stay again.
