Waterfront holiday rentals in Zürich

Rebekka was awesome and so accommodating! She made it very easy and flexible for check -in and check out. It's so nice staying along the river and it is easily walkable to all the downtown amenities as well as public transit. We also really liked being able to have a washing machine. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Jonathan is the nicest Airbnb host I’ve ever dealt with and the apartment is superb. Perfectly located along the river in a premium old town spot with the loveliest shops and cafes right on the doorstep. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Waking up to that view in the morning made our stay extra special. We visited for 2 nights for NYE and appreciate the flexibility Jonathan provided for our arrival and departure. Highly recommend!

Jeremias' place was perfect. The place is very clean, spacious, and in a great area. The check in was super easy with his step-by-step instructions and photos. The view from the balcony is amazing. Even for a warmer month, the apartment stayed cool, and the fan in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable. Check out is also stress-free and straightforward. Jeremias was also very easy to communicate with, and he responds very quickly. He was extremely helpful when he realized we left something behind too! Absolutely recommend staying here.

Karen’s apartment is comfy, cosy and spacious. Equipped completely. It is easy to keep the apartment cool during very hot days. Karen is fast in her responses. We stayed for the second time and would come back again.

Jonathan was very hospitable and his condo had nice amenities. However, I would maybe have better instructions for some of the appliances and make it clear in the listing that the living room is not part of the rental. Overall, I would recommend his place. Great location.

Great place! At first I thought it was going to be far from the city center but it isn’t as bad. It is a 20 min walk along the lake. Great space with a rooftop view to enjoy the sunset! If you are picky about the bed you sleep in, just be aware this is not an actual bed, it is a sofa bed. It is a great place for 1 or 2 people. There are supermarkets nearby so you can pick up groceries if you want. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was just fantastic! Alina is an extremely friendly and helpful hostess. The apartment captivates with its tasteful style, in which we immediately felt comfortable. Despite the central location, it was surprisingly quiet, so we could fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

Loved our stay, truly beautiful home and perfect for our family (2 adult couples couples and a family of 3 with 6 year old). Child friendly with safe bedding and available books and toys to play with. Great location 5 minutes from train station and 2 blocks walk from COOP grocery store. A few things to get used to as being from USA appliances are slightly different, but we knew that ahead of time. Also thankful for the previous review that mentioned needing to buy additional toilet paper if staying more than a few days, it was easy to pick up with our groceries. Hosts were very responsive and kind with the questions we had. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will remember our trip fondly and our stay here.

Thank you for having us in your beautiful home. It's very comfortable, decorate with love and a lot of taste. All are very clean, and there's everything we needed for our week-long stay with a small family . Thank you for your warm welcome, for the fresh eggs from your chicken coop. It's beautiful little sheep, they love it. We are walking in the village and in the forest around, very easy. At night we saw little deer 🥰 on the road. Thanks Eva and Yves

The place is clean and very well stacked with essentials. Many rooms and bathrooms that make the stay easy and comfortable. The owner was always reachable and very friendly, very clear and easy instructions. The only small difficulty we had, was that to get in and out of there (without a car) we needed to walk 25 minutes to the nearest bus stop. It's a flat and actually nice route, but still, not the most convenient. Other than that, the house and the surroundings were great!

Beautiful view of the lake and the opposite shore towards Blumenberg. Not only the large garden and the diverse offer for outdoors (boats, SUPs, etc.) are ideal, but also the well-equipped kitchen. Excellent cleanliness throughout the house. The nearby highway was a small downside. Thanks to the top hosts Chantal and family for a pleasant stay in the lake villa.

We were able to enjoy 3 very nice days with the lovely hosts. After a friendly welcome and a thorough check-in, we were well informed about the accommodation and all the possibilities. Spacious apartment. Very well equipped. Generous and welcoming hosts. The location is excellent. On the one hand it is quiet ,close to a green area with tracks for sports and on the other hand a reasonable distance from the city center.

This accommodation was gorgeous and comfortable, and right near the waterfront. The entire place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. There were nice hiking and walking areas nearby. It was peaceful and quiet during our stay and we felt right at home. A big thank you to our host, Esther, for being very responsive and making our first stay as easy as possible!

Oir family of two kids (aged 2.5 years and 10 months) needed a place to stay during our move. We found Ray's place very convenient and can warmly recommend it for any kind of stay in Zürich. It's very reachable from the city as well as the airport, has a modern and functional interior and the surroundings are nice with parks, playground and a river. Parking is also very well organized (better than most places in/around Zürich) Ray is a very welcoming, responsive and helpful host. Nothing but good to say about him!
