Holiday rentals with a patio in Žrnovnica

Thanks for the stay - as described and met us upon arrival to show us about. Nice location on the outskirts of Split but easy to commute in!

The place was great, the host waited for us to welcome us and show everything. She filled the fridge with welcome drinks and we had lots of fruits on the table. Bus station to go to Split is 5min walk away. We made a mistake in looking checkout time, but host was calm, polite and accommodating. Thanks for the stay :)

Davorka is one of the best host I have had yet. The area is beautiful and I can tell this will be the go to place soon. I visited in May 2025 and there is some construction and a new beach just opened. Davorka made sure we did not get lost by meeting us and driving us to the location. After that she welcomed us into the apartment and went above and beyond providing snacks and even fresh strawberries from her garden. She instantly made us feel like family. The area is in walking distance to the beach and a 10 min drive to old town. I highly recommend this stay. It fit 4 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

The accommodation fully matched the description and photos. Everything you needed during your stay was provided, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. We have never stayed in such a well-equipped Airbnb. The coffee machine was a big plus. The whole apartment was very clean. The location was ideal for excursions in the area. Check in and check out worked great and Andrea always responded quickly. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and would happily return.

We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

The stay in Sollin with Matea was great. She was very helpful and gave us valuable tips before arrival. If we had any questions, we could contact her at any time, and it was taken care of quickly. Overall a great trip and happy to come back anytime!

I would like to thank Katatina. We started with a flight delay and a late arrival... she had left us crepes and fruit for our arrival... then unfortunately flight cancellation... she was always very attentive to us in her responses... it is very appreciable in this situation. I'm sorry for the constraints we put him through. I hope to plan a future stay there to meet her. Thank you

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

The stay was great, hostess Tina was accommodating and open-minded. Questions are answered within a very short time and the accommodation was exactly as described.

Lukas apartment is absolutely First class. Very smooth check in. . On entering the very large, open , immaculate apartment, it is a WOW moment. Really beautifully presented, immaculate kitchen with all amenities, even a large air fryer!! Huge TV screen for those Netflix moments. Fantastic bedrooms ( 2 with en suite) , beds incredibly comfortable , bathrooms excellent. All this, and then you step onto the very large balcony, fully equipped with nickel free jacuzzi ( heavenly! ) table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. Again, beautifully presented. The view from here at any time of the day is stunning. The city of Split lies below . You will need a car, though Uber is also available. Split itself is 15 minutes drive . Such a gorgeous place, I didn’t want to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s place. Bojana was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our stay delightful. The place is equipped with all necessary amenities and everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area, ideal for relaxing, yet still conveniently close by car to everything we wanted to explore. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had a pleasant stay at Petar's place. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and spacious. The beach is very close as well as groceries and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

Small, but very nice and clean appartment. Well equipped as well ! We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is exactly as described with modern, clean and high quality furnishings. There is plenty of spare pillows, blankets, towels etc with a fully operational kitchen and accessories. The local bar/restaurant area is 10 min walk away and shops within 5 mins. We did have a small issue with the key pad not working which gains access to the property (there is a set of keys that gain access to but it was left inside) and lucky the cleaner was able to let us in. Niki the host is very thorough and was quick to rectify the issue so overall the stay was 10/10 and would use this again and definitely recommend to all potential visitors. Lovely property and a great location.

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

Ankica’s place was perfect. My friends and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The place looked even better in person than in the photos—every detail was perfect, and the space was spotless and spacious. Ankica was absolutely wonderful; despite our late arrival, she waited up for us with a warm welcome, making us feel right at home. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't recommend it enough!
