10/10 for everything! This place was amazing and we would highly recommend for larger groups. We were 11 people and it still felt spacious and has plenty of bathrooms. Ela was the best air bnb host I have ever dealt with, extremely helpful and kind. The pool and outdoor area is very well maintained and the bbq out the back was a real bonus. You can get Ubers into split for about €15 which was really handy and the local village has two food shops & some great restaurants. We particularly liked the Familia restaurant! Thank you for the best week, we will be back :)

We had a great time in our Airbnb in Split. The area is beautiful, the villa is spacious and stylish, and there is a lot to do and see nearby. To get to the house a car is really necessary as was clearly stated in the advertisement so we were glad we had arranged a rental car. Anka and her family were incredibly hospitable, always easily accessible and helped us excellently where necessary. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

Wow, wow, wow!!! We absolutely loved this house and had an amazing time in beautiful Croatia. It is the most well-equipped Air BnB we have ever stayed in. The house was spotlessly clean, the furniture and fittings were perfect. The kitchen has everything you need, and more, to cook with, and there’s a large BBQ outside. The bedrooms are large, extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning, shutters, balconies in every room. Great bathrooms. The pool area is fabulous with 8 loungers, all with towels supplied and mood lighting. And the garden where you can help yourself to fresh vegetables. The games/movie room was brilliant. We played pool and table tennis and watched some films – a really great feature of this property. We had the most amazing time at this house and we didn’t want to leave! We cannot recommend this property more highly or our amazing hosts enough. Book this house for your holiday, you will not be disappointed. This is a 10 out of 10 property – loved it!!!

The stay was great, hostess Tina was accommodating and open-minded. Questions are answered within a very short time and the accommodation was exactly as described.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

Very welcoming host, very clean accommodation, everything was perfect. Only small weak point, a little far from the center but very convenient by UBER, and also by bike or bus Convenience store nearby

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

The place is about a 10 minute walk from the beach/ bus stop to split. Very clean room with a balcony to sit. Tanja and her family were very nice. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The entire place was spotless—super clean and clearly very well-maintained. Every room was perfect and beautifully arranged, making us feel right at home. The kitchen was a dream: fully loaded with every appliance you could need, which made cooking a real pleasure. Outside, the villa continued to impress. There were plenty of seating areas to relax in, and the pool was fantastic—clean, the perfect temperature, and great for both lounging and swimming. The BBQ setup was excellent, and the huge fridge came in very handy. It’s clear a lot of thought went into making this space comfortable and functional. A special shoutout to Rasko, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Truly no downsides at all. We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone.

Perfect stay at 17A! The villa is in beautiful surroundings and so peaceful - don’t be put off by the entry road - it isn’t sealed with tarmac as it probably would be in the UK but the villa is worth it when you get there. Car is a must as it says in the villa information on Airbnb - roads are not suitable to walk along. Flew to Split - 45mins/1hr transfer and about 30mins to Split city centre. Eldar was there to greet us and allowed us an earlier check in time. He gave us some local info regarding supermarkets and restaurants which was very useful. The villa was exactly as described and very clean. Beautiful views from the terrace and swimming pool. Outdoor kitchen area was great for bbq. Gym was well equipped and we made good use of it. Omiš is the closest town - plenty of restaurants/activities to book/couple of supermarkets. Eldar was very responsive during our stay if needed and on departure arrived early for us to check out due to early flight time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

great peaceful home which is decorated with love. the surrounding somehow felt magical when looking on one side to the ocean and the other to the mountains. we had some cats as guests which really made it special. hiking is a great recommendation when staying. dubrovka was very friendly and responsive. we absolutely enjoyed our stay. ✨🐱

Absolutely stunning place and the perfect getaway! The photos of the place are incredible but the reality of this place is exceptional! We knew this place was our style before we came but absolutely fell in love with it when here. The place was spotless, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There's several great shops all within a stone's throw and lovely bars by the river a 2min walk from the front door. Ana and Luca were excellent, really responsive and Luca was very welcoming when we arrived (we didn't get to meet Ana in person on this occasion!). They were very very kind in offering recommendations and help with the place if we needed it. We're recommending this place to everyone we know and we're already wanting to come back!

oh where do I start, first time in Split and first time doing a villa through Airbnb can't see me going back to hotels if this the experience I get. The place was perfect, the outside space just amazing and inside so comfortable and homely. As must we all enjoyed Split as a holiday destination we all agreed it was the villa that made it. if such a thing as 11/10 I would give it.

We had an amazing time staying at this villa. It manage to rise above our expectations. The place was really clean upon arrival, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as comfortable as possible - from kitchen essentials and cleaning supplies to easy-to-use amenities that made relaxing effortless. Ante was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He answered all our questions and provided clear, straightforward instructions on how everything worked. The location is remote, quiet, and very private, which is something we didn’t mind. While there aren’t any shops within walking distance, having a car makes everything easier. We’d recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

Lukas apartment is absolutely First class. Very smooth check in. . On entering the very large, open , immaculate apartment, it is a WOW moment. Really beautifully presented, immaculate kitchen with all amenities, even a large air fryer!! Huge TV screen for those Netflix moments. Fantastic bedrooms ( 2 with en suite) , beds incredibly comfortable , bathrooms excellent. All this, and then you step onto the very large balcony, fully equipped with nickel free jacuzzi ( heavenly! ) table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. Again, beautifully presented. The view from here at any time of the day is stunning. The city of Split lies below . You will need a car, though Uber is also available. Split itself is 15 minutes drive . Such a gorgeous place, I didn’t want to leave.

Josipa’s property was great, exactly as in the pictures. Was easy to find and her instructions were very clear. The nearest grocery store was under 300 meters and the nearest bust stop was under 300 metres as well. I would highly recommend Josipa’s place.
