Comfortable, quiet and safe place. The full kitchen and services available inside the apartment are excellent.

Very attentive from the start. The reception staff are very friendly. The elevator works well. The apartment is quite large and excellent. I think it's the best in the center. They are well-equipped with utensils and the books give it a very pleasant and nice touch. I'll definitely be back

It was a great place a bit smaller than I thought based on the pictures but nothing was misleading. Just my perception. Overall great visit.

the Host, the guard (Vidal) were such a pleasure and always were ready to help and answered immediately. So far one of my favorite spots, mainly customer service (don't see that much anymore). The view was incredible and walking to cayala wasn't too bad even while pushing a baby in a stroller! Ice cold AC! Drier and washer!!! spectacular!!!

A nice space with various amenities, good location with two balconies that gives it a plus. It might be missing some equipment, plunger and pan that would give it a perfect score. It is also recommended for all the positive things you have.

Great space and loved how comfortable everything was, the pool was great. Really enjoyed staying here. I’d just say it would’ve been flawless unless for a check in that took longer and there are no clear instructions on how to get to the pool which is not easy. Besides that, everything was amazing.

Juan was such an amazing host. He was very responsive, gave great suggestions to local eateries and outings, and was flexible with helping store luggage upon departure. The listing is exactly as described, with wonderful amenities and restaurants and shops in walking distance. The attendants at the concierge desk were also helpful in facilitating our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better host and stay for my first time in Guatemala City. I plan on coming back and rebooking with Juan, because my experience was so amazing. 5 Stars all around!

Great place! Very spacious and a fantastic host! Definitely would recommend!

very nice place. the jacuzzi worked perfect. but there was a construction right in front of the balcony area where the jacuzzi is.We could not use the jacuzzi until after 6pm that the construction workers left since the workers could see everything from above and the next morning the noise started at 7am. everything else very nice. The bed is super comfortable, clean place and WiFi working well. The area in general near malls and restaurants in zone 4.

Very nice place. Loved the view of the pool. Overall was a great stay. We did had an issue. We got shocked with electricity a few times while standing barefoot in front of the main bedroom sink while opening the water and touching the water. We had to put shoes so it wouldn’t happen.

Enrique's apartment is the best option for domestic and foreign tourists, due to its location, space, cleanliness, and the fact that the host is attentive, kind, polite and helpful. In addition, the building where the apartment is located is modern, new, and has an excellent location.

Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and services. Easy 10 minute walk to Oakland place mall (i believe newly renovated). A great way to spend a few hours exploring, shopping and eating. A great base in Zone 10, which I found was fairly safe as a female solo traveller.
