Marlen was an amazing host—warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, even when we ran into a few inconveniences. Her property is beautiful and well-maintained, set in one of the best neighborhoods in town. The area felt very safe and had plenty to explore, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Kevin and Silvio are very good hosts. They provided us with an extra key, shared recommendations for nearby supermarkets, and were always available to answer any questions. The apartment is spacious, cozy and has a very central location. However, the proximity to a busy avenue and nightclubs means that during peak hours and at night there is a lot of noise.

Nice place to stay, the host's instructions are clear and there's no way to get lost, the place is quiet and very private, it's close to many places and everything is relatively close Very nice experience!!

This was such an amazing place to stay in Guatemala! We loved the location (everything 10min or less walking to all my favorite restaurants)! The home is beautiful and cozy. The view of the city on this huge glass doors are incredible and the breeze at evening so priceless! Host was very attentive and responsive to anything I had to say. The Guard (Wilson) that opens the gate for parking was so nice and attentive. I love the service of workers in Guatemala, they truly like their jobs and treat you like a friend/family member; not an inconvenience. Did I mention AC!!!! We never even knew this place had AC until we arrived and saw the split units in each bedroom! This was probably my favorite part ! Thank you again for opening this home for us ! We will defenetly stay here again next time!!!!

Very nice place. Loved the view of the pool. Overall was a great stay. We did had an issue. We got shocked with electricity a few times while standing barefoot in front of the main bedroom sink while opening the water and touching the water. We had to put shoes so it wouldn’t happen.

Everything is good in general. I see an increase in prices in the accommodations and the idea is that the rates are lower than the hotels

Very nice apartment in a very safe location. Easy to walk to shops, everything is close.

We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . All I want to say that this is my second stay at Casa Bambu and really love the location and the accommodation that come with it. Beautiful place!!

Everything was amazing!

Great value for your money if you have a large group of people. Excellent for a large family or group of friends who want to be close to the road to Antigua, the house is super spacious and is located in San Cristóbal, super close to the Route that takes you to Antigua or San Lucas With 1 King bed and 2 other large plus a chair can sleep 7 people comfortably and even carry air mattresses and accommodate more people in other spaces. You can park 2 vehicles 1 inside carcha and the other outside in front of the house but since it's a closed residential both vehicles are very safe.

Daniel's attention is always present, attentive and polite. Place of easy access, organized and equipped the apartment. We come back the other year first God 🙏🏽

Nice place to relax on the weekend as a couple or individually, enjoy the pool of the building, I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the apartment.
