Excellent apartment in the heart of zone one. Spectacular view of the central park, cathedral and palace. Very safe building one block from a supermarket and the central market. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The apartment is very large with a full kitchen and two large bedrooms. Very complete and cozy. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Washing and drying machine. Good internet. Cesar is an excellent host. This apartment is highly recommended.

The property was absolutely beautiful—spotless, with modern appliances and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host made sure I had all the information I needed and checked in a few times to ensure everything was going smoothly. The building is very secure, and the neighborhood felt incredibly safe, with plenty of great restaurants and amenities nearby. Highly recommend!

I loved this apartment, location is great. Check in when very smooth and I felt very comfortable at the place. It’s has everything you need and if you need something you have a little store at the lobby. I had a great time.

This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

The rooms are well equipped with good linens and good pillows. It had hair dryer and iron which were very helpful during our stay. The apartment looks like the pictures and is in good shape. The kitchen is fully equipped. The location is great as it is close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasure to stay here. I loved it. Excellent security, 24/7 cleaning, the apartment is superbly equipped and very clean. Everything is close to pharmacies, restaurants, shops, the hospital, and Iglesias shopping center. I would recommend it. It's very nice, and it's a great time with the family. It has a children's play area, a beautiful pool, a gym, and more.

We had a great stay, felt right at home! Easy to access and Carlos was very responsive and got back to us quickly when we had a few questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This listing is in Zone 10, which is one of the better zones in Guatemala City. You can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. You can do your laundry here at the listing. This rental also has multiple dedicated working spaces with chairs that properly support your back and neck while using your laptop computer. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. There's a 4-burner stove with cooking gear if you want to prepare your own meals. There's also many plants if you enjoy that kind of scenery. Willy is an excellent host who always tries to accommodate his guests with excellence and kindness. He communicates very well and applies more effort than any Airbnb host I've ever stayed with. I enjoy speaking with him, and his unique humor. Most Airbnb hosts within this price range could learn a lot from Willy. I encourage Airbnb hosts to stay here for a few days, and try to understand what guests want/need to feel welcome.

very nice place. the jacuzzi worked perfect. but there was a construction right in front of the balcony area where the jacuzzi is.We could not use the jacuzzi until after 6pm that the construction workers left since the workers could see everything from above and the next morning the noise started at 7am. everything else very nice. The bed is super comfortable, clean place and WiFi working well. The area in general near malls and restaurants in zone 4.

Very nice place. Loved the view of the pool. Overall was a great stay. We did had an issue. We got shocked with electricity a few times while standing barefoot in front of the main bedroom sink while opening the water and touching the water. We had to put shoes so it wouldn’t happen.

Everything we needed ! Would stay again!
