El apartamento de Enrique es la mejor opción para el turista nacional como extranjero, por su ubicación, espacio, limpieza, y que el anfitrión es atento, amable, educado y servicial. Además el edificio donde ubica el apartamento es moderno, nuevo, y cuenta con una excelente ubicación.

Personas muy amables y atentas con los huéspedes, aunque no nos vimos personalmente, si estuvieron muy pendientes de nuestras necesidades, tienen un espacio muy agradable, se esfuerzan por la comodidad y hacer muy amena la estadía de sus invitados. The place is just as it looks in the photos. Comfortable bed, good and hot shower, washing machine and drier is a huge bonus! Location is great, only a couple of streets from the plaza, plenty of places to eat close by and supermarkets. Kitchen has very basic utensils but everything we needed. The apartment block front desk staff were really welcoming and helpful, also made the place feel very secure. Check in is quick and straight forward. Carolina was very efficient with her info and always quick to reply. Overall great stay and value for money.

The property was absolutely beautiful—spotless, with modern appliances and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host made sure I had all the information I needed and checked in a few times to ensure everything was going smoothly. The building is very secure, and the neighborhood felt incredibly safe, with plenty of great restaurants and amenities nearby. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to stay here. I loved it. Excellent security, 24/7 cleaning, the apartment is superbly equipped and very clean. Everything is close to pharmacies, restaurants, shops, the hospital, and Iglesias shopping center. I would recommend it. It's very nice, and it's a great time with the family. It has a children's play area, a beautiful pool, a gym, and more.

the Host, the guard (Vidal) were such a pleasure and always were ready to help and answered immediately. So far one of my favorite spots, mainly customer service (don't see that much anymore). The view was incredible and walking to cayala wasn't too bad even while pushing a baby in a stroller! Ice cold AC! Drier and washer!!! spectacular!!!

Hola. Fue un gusto pasar estos días en Guatemala, específicamente una noche en este alojamiento. Está súper bien ubicado y es muy bonito en todos sus espacios. Si debo decir que ingresa un poco de ruido de la calle, pero solo por breve tiempo durante la noche, al dormir. Pero todo lo demás lo compensa. Muy recomendado.

Very nice place. Loved the view of the pool. Overall was a great stay. We did had an issue. We got shocked with electricity a few times while standing barefoot in front of the main bedroom sink while opening the water and touching the water. We had to put shoes so it wouldn’t happen.

El check-in fue muy fácil y la ubicación del lugar en Zona 10 es excelente. El lugar está muy ordenado y limpio. El gym y la piscina son lindos y no suelen estar tan concurridos.

Uno de los aptos más lindos que he tenido la oportunidad de visitar… seguramente regresaré
