It is a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Alghero and in a very quiet area where you can spend beautiful relaxing days. The area is close to all services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stops, shops, etc. The house is not suitable for people who have walking issues, it is located on the third floor without an elevator.
