Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Zemunik Donji

Neven is a great host who was always easily accessible and friendly (even in advance). The check-in was smooth and we even got a welcome bowl of cherries from his garden and a first supply of drinks from Neven. All necessary utensils for cooking were also available (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper). We also received great tips from Neven for our needs. The pool was warm and very clean. The accommodation itself is totally beautiful and you have complete privacy. No one could look into our garden. The existing gas grill was also great. Until noon, you even have natural shade, after that you have to make do with umbrellas. But if you just want to lie in the sun, you can do that at any time. Upon request, Neven also provided us with a baby chair. Should we find ourselves in the area again, we will gladly book this accommodation again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Waw! We found our own private paradise in Croatia. What a lovely stay we had at Milan’s air bnb. The inside provides everything you need and is very clean. The thing is.. you just want to sit outside all the time because that area is absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is perfect and super clean, on top of that there’s the whole sitting area that makes cosy afternoons/evenings so easy. You can cook outside while still being close to your friends and family. Our host, Milan, was super kind and helpful. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.. or even book it again for ourselves!

It was a great stay at Host's place. Luka and Neno are hosts who are a pleasure to stay with. They are very responsive and quick to respond to messages, and they're helpful, and they really want guests to feel good. The apartment is impeccably clean — but a huge plus. There are also a lot of walking places in the area. I highly recommend staying with them while in the area.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is somewhat remote and wonderfully quiet - yet you are only half an hour from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job - you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections to find it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the grill, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

Nataša and Niko's house was just as we expected from the pictures. Both were very friendly and easy to reach. The house is very nicely decorated both indoors and outside and was super clean. Depending on the season it can be very windy. Only the German and Croatian sense of time is something different, which we noticed on arrival and departure:) Niko has a suitable contact for every activity and provides lots of great tips in the area.

Everything was perfect. The welcome was warm and attentive from the moment I arrived. The property was impeccable, very pleasant and well located. I would recommend it without hesitating

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

I had a pleasant stay at the apartment in Tribunj. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. The location was great for exploring the area, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a good experience — thank you!

The accommodation is located in the old town of Zadar. Everything is good to reach on foot (sea, beach, supermarket) The mattresses are very comfortable. The highlight from my point of view is the roof terrace with a view.

We had a wonderful stay at Maja’s spacious apartment in Sukošan! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, with stores and bakeries just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything we needed. It also served as a great base for day trips to Zadar, Krka National Park, and even Plitvice Lakes. Maja was a kind and responsive host. We’d happily stay here again—highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay here! Beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed, fresh linens and a well equipped kitchen. This was by far our favourite place we stayed at during our 4 week holiday.

The stay was the best thing during our trip to Zadar. It is situated in the perfect location close to the old town with a beautiful view from the windows. They had provided all necessary amenities and requirements in the apartment. It is very well equipped for most of your needs. If you are planning for book boat trips or Plitvice lake trips, the apartment is well located within walking distance to the pickup points. The proximity to the old town helps you to enjoy the night vibe of the town and safely walk back to the apartment. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Zadar. It is usually always booked, you are lucky if you get it.

Large, very comfortable apartment with parking, very close to the bridge to the old town. The hostess is extremely delicate and kind.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Our absolutely favorite stay during a 2 week vacation in Croatia. We truly regret not staying longer. Neven’s location is breathtaking and worth booking. It’s exactly as advertised in a quiet and peaceful town on Dugi Otok. The village itself is quiet but has the essentials - including a market and several restaurants. The place was clean, well equipped, and easy to find. I would highly suggest visiting Dugi Otok, and staying here in Zman!!
