Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Zemunik Donji

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

The vacation home is fantastic. the location, the Ppol, and very quiet. It is perfectly equipped and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - and more. The hosts are very friendly, we felt welcome right away. Despite a late arrival due to flight delay, we were warmly welcomed personally. The neighbors, the parents of the landlords are also very dear people! From the house you can take nice walks. 100% recommendation and thank you for a wonderful holiday!

We had a wonderful stay with Ante in his beautiful, quiet vacation apartment. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly prepared, even for our 11-month-old son, which made us very happy. We were immediately comfortable. The outdoor area offers many opportunities for relaxation: table tennis, darts, badminton and even boomerangs. The large, covered terrace with barbecue invites you to linger. We especially liked the hammock between two trees, where we could relax wonderfully. The absolute highlight was of course the large pool. The apartment had everything you need. Ante is a great host: he responded quickly to questions and gave great tips for excursions and restaurants. As a welcome greeting, fresh cherries were ready, which were super delicious - a nice gesture! We can fully recommend Ante and his vacation apartment. It was a completely successful stay, and we would come back anytime!

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival - a lovingly prepared sausage and cheese platter, bread and pastries as well as a filled refrigerator with drinks immediately made us feel welcome. The accommodation was clean, very well maintained and well equipped. The pool was a highlight - perfect for relaxing. Martin and his family were incredibly friendly, helpful and always pleasantly reserved. You can tell right away that they really care about the well-being of their guests. Thank you for the great time!

Wonderful accommodation with warm hospitality! Ivica and his family were always helpful, provided us with great tips, and even prepared a wonderful dinner for us. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located – we felt completely at home and would love to come back!

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

What a stunning villa with stunning views. The villa is to a an exceptional standard with all amenities. The pool and seating area was stunning and views of the mountains unreal. The villa was exceptionally clean. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed and felt right at home. Ivan made us very welcome and I would highly recommend and will definitely be retuning in the near future. Zadar is a stunning town

I really enjoyed my stay at Damir's place. he was a fantastic host and the home was perfectly near many amenities without having to be right in the city center.

Perfect calm accomodation with a little walk to Zadar old town. We were surprised to find a little snack and drink when we arrived that made us have the perfect last night of our roadtrip. Thanks to Josipa and Gino and their warm welcome and goodbyes when we left!

Our stay in Croatia was absolutely perfect, thanks to this spacious apartment right by the sea! The magnificent sea view from the terrace made our stay unforgettable. We loved having a beautiful beach just a 2-minute walk away. Anton is a truly great host; he welcomed us with a lovely basket of local fruits and a bottle of wine, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. My whole family thoroughly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you so much for an incredible vacation!

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

great place with a beautiful sea view, magical sunset with the terrace in front a little annoyed with the insulation because at night it was cold but otherwise very clean and well equipped Bug problem in the bathroom at the toilet but it's part of the charm of nature small noise from the highway but does not bother at all, downstairs the restaurant with a view of the sea too beautiful thanks for staying

Everything we wanted and imagined we got by staying in this beautiful cottage in the middle of nowhere. The only sounds are the birds singing and the wind in the treetops. Kind Nataša welcomed us and instructed us in all the amenities that the cottage offers and if someone doubts whether it could be in a place without electricity and water, we would just add that three nights were not enough for us to burn all that the "cottage does not have" (as described on the host's page), and for which we actually chose it. Beautiful place for complete zen... thanks to the hosts. If there is an opportunity, we will come again without any doubt... D&D

The hosts were very friendly and always responsive. In the house there was very good air conditioning available and the view from the balcony as well as the common area is incredibly beautiful. With some hiking you will find very great swimming spots for swimming and snorkeling but bathing shoes are recommended. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
