Villa holiday rentals in Zaton

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und wollen definitiv wieder kommen. Unsere Highlights waren der Pool mit dem Pool-Spielzeug, der Jacuzzi mit Blick auf die Berge, der Esstisch und der Hängesessel draußen.

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Ivan. Moderne Einrichtung und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Pool und das gesamte Grundstück sind groß und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzliche Menschen und immer erreichbar. ☺️

Wir verbrachten mit 13 Personen 5 tolle Tage in Ivanas Haus. Es gibt 5 Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss, von denen 4 über ein eigenes direkt angrenzendes Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken verfügen. Das 5. Doppelzimmer hat auch ein eigenes Bad, jedoch muss man über den Flur laufen. Das ist aber nicht schlimm. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein weiteres Doppelzimmer mit einem 3. Bett und ein weiteres großes Badezimmer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein großer Esstisch grenzt direkt an die Küche. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und schon mit der Bettwäsche bezogen. Es gab ausreichend handtücher. Der außenbereich mit Pool und außenküche ist unglaublich. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und waren nur draußen. Ivanas Haus hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen, ich würde hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen. Ivana ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die alle meine Fragen immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet hat. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

We had a great stay. The location is wonderful. Situated on a hill with a great view of the valley towards the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always easy to reach. The house has everything you need. The pool was cleaned every morning. Highly recommended! Thank you :-)

Ein sehr schönes Haus, alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war herrlich angenehm und wir haben es sehr genossen. Iva ist eine super Gastgeberin, welche sich um unser Wohl gekümmert hat, nochmals vielen Dank für die leckeren Kirschen 🍒. Wir können die Unterkunft von Iva sehr empfehlen.

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

Das Häuschen ist so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sehr gemütlich und perfekt für einen Urlaub. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Man ist ungestört und gelangt von dort mit dem Auto innerhalb von Max. 30 Minuten nach Zadar. Andrea war per immer schnell zu erreichen und sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach empfehlenswert!! ☺️

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und erhielten klare Anweisungen, was den Aufenthalt von Anfang an angenehm machte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Poolbereich, der uns viele Möglichkeiten bot, Zeit voller Spaß zu verbringen. Das Gartenhaus mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet sehr viel Freiraum, was besonders angenehm war, da wir eine Gruppe von 9 Personen waren. Die fünf Toiletten und drei Bäder waren ein großer Pluspunkt und machten den Aufenthalt für alle sehr komfortabel. Alles war sehr sauber, und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – von A bis Z stand uns alles zur Verfügung. Wir hatten großartige fünf Tage und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

We had an amazing stay in this property and our hosts were amazing with everything from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the outside space is amazing with the pool and outdoor eating options. Highly recommended.

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

Marta ist eine sehr freundliche und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und die Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung und lässt somit keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und direkt am Meer. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Marta hat uns sofort über Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen informiert, sie brachte uns sogar eine Geburtstagstorte, ohne dass erwähnt wurde, dass jemand Geburtstag hat. Das war eine wirklich tolle Überraschung! Check out war für uns sehr flexibel, da unser Flug erst abends ging. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und können die schöne Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Wir waren grosse Gruppe von 6 erwachsen und 7 Kinder. Genügt Räume und Betten für alle. Von Anfang bis Ende hat alles gut funktioniert. Ruhige Tage mit Freunden und Familien am Pool. Toll geschlafen und gegessen. Kann ich sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft von Anita war sehr schön. Sie liegt nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen Zadar entfernt und 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es kleinere Supermärkte bei denen man fast alles bekommt und eine leckere Pizzeria. Das Haus und die vielen Möglichkeiten (Billard, Tischtennis, Pool) haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Villa ist wunderschön, es fehlt dort an überhaupt nichts. Der Stil der Einrichtung ist ein Traum und alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Der Poolbereich und der Ausblick über das Grundstück auch einfach nur schön. Antonela und Danijel haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und standen immer beratend zur Seite, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es gibt in der Nähe auch ein gutes Restaurant, das gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall.

This is the perfect place for a couples holiday as it’s in a great location, great views, the pool is perfect and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The hosts are the most friendly people and they make you feel right at home and are always available to help you with anything. They also gave us drinks by the pool which is a great touch. Would recommend to anyone

Marinko ist sehr sympathisch und hat super schnell geantwortet und uns bei der Organisation geholfen. Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, sehr schön mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen Obstkorb und Getränke im Kühlschrank bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

we werken super vriendelijk ontvangen en voelde ons meteen thuis. karlo heeft ons door het huis rondgeleid en was heel behulpzaam. het huis zelf is ruim en alles was schoon. lekkere bedden en goed genoten van het zwembad. echt aan te bevelen!

Lors d'un road trip moto depuis la France, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans la maison d'Ivan. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement qui est très agréable, décorer avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Ivan est un hôte très accueillant. We can't speak highly enough of what was an amazing stay. The property is so full of charm with every requirement for a family holiday thought of - we instantly felt at home. The peaceful location is within walking distance of the most beautiful scenery, full of history and with excellent restaurants. The bakery around the corner was a daily visit for our kids.
