We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Beautifully located vacation home, as a semi-detached house. Right on the beach, accessible via the road. Very nice, modern furnishings. Comfortable beds. Everything very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful bathrooms, one on each floor. Washing machine available. Igor as a host is very friendly and reliable. All in all highly recommended.

Marina and her husband have created a small piece of gold here. It was a very friendly welcome. We were explained everything we should and needed to know. The mobile home is superbly equipped. In the kitchen there is everything you need. The living and sleeping area leave nothing to be desired. The terrace offers an magnificent view of the sea. Quiet is the program here, at least in the time we were there now. A dream come true for dogs. The beach and the surrounding area offer enough space for the four-legged friends. Marina and her husband were always available, and right on the spot. In Privlaka itself, there are many good places to have a good ice cream parlor. Vir and Nin are right around the corner. And to Zadar, it takes about 20-30 minutes to get there. It was a dream vacation for us. We found a small home away from home for us. And come back next. Thanks to Marina and her husband. We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

This is the villa dreams are made of. Every detail is taken care of inside the villa with lovely furnishings and super comfortable beds. The roof terrace is a dream, we only tried the hot tub once as it was so warm when we were there but I can imagine it’s gorgeous on cooler nights. So close to the sea and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely owners - would definitely return

We had an excellent week at Ivan’s villa. It was very clean, well appointed and in a good location. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which had a view of the sea and mountains, and the heated pool.

Maria and Frane are two great people. Very nice and helpful - everything was exactly as described. Super nice house with a great pool. Were there as a family with 4 children and it was really awesome. Far away from all the hustle and bustle and a very high standard in terms of amenities. Clear recommendation!

We had the great pleasure of spending time in this charming, intimate town. The apartment is located right on the water, with comfortable sun loungers available for guests, which is the perfect place to relax. The house is surrounded by beautiful greenery, which adds to the charm of the entire environment. The room itself was wonderful — spacious, very clean, and extremely cozy. However, it was the deck that stole our hearts, and we rested on it every day. We'd love to come back! The host was extremely friendly and outgoing, eager to talk to us on different topics, which made us feel at home. Warmly recommended and wish you all the best!

Marko’s place felt like home to us during our stay, pretty and clean, with all the amenities we’ve needed and beautiful sea view from the terrace. We’ve especially appreciated the calm surroundings and close proximity to our favourite beach in Privlaka. And also superb view of the stars at night! Moreover, Marko was a perfect host, easy to talk to and very friendly.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.
