Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Zaton

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

It is a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed at this villa in a group of 9 people. The place was spacious, there were enough rooms, private bathrooms and 3 kitchens to host all of us. All the amenities mentioned were working and in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the evening views form the rooftop of the villa. The pool and jacuzzi are both overseeing the town and the sea. The location is private and away from the town fuss, however, to get to the Old Town we had to rely on Bolt/Uber as its not a walkable distance to do daily. There is a shopping centre 15mins walk away from the villa with restaurants, supermarket and clothing shops though. Overall, it was an incredible experience! Definitely recommend this place for group holidays 💯

The house is perfect for larger groups seeking a quiet and comfortable place to spend their holidays. We had great hopes for the accommodation in advance but despite that, it was even more pleasantly surprised by the location and all the amenities that were in place. Bibinje is a very cozy village just outside Zadar, with good restaurant selection, bakery and grocery store. For those who want to swim in the sea, it is only a shorter walk. Kruno as a host gets the highest rating, constantly helpful and very nice. He helped us with everything from transportation to and from the airport, tips on restaurants, and excursions to take. The bottom line is this a great place to stay with a great host, here we would love to come again! // Ingrid & Family

Davorka and her husband were very sweet and always offered us their help with activities or if we needed anything. The house corresponded to the pictures and was in top condition. It was all very neat and clean. The surroundings and the beach were also a dream.

We spent an unforgettable holiday in this wonderful place. The cozy and very well-maintained house with a jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful surroundings is a true gem! The peace, quiet, and proximity to nature allowed us to fully relax. The area is picturesque, and the walk to the nearby town with historic ruins was incredibly charming. The owners are very kind and helpful, taking care of every detail, which made the stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape daily life and immerse themselves in a magical atmosphere! Thank you for the amazing stay, and I will definitely return!

We liked the place very much and more than met our requirements. It was clean, super nicely decorated and modern. We were 6 people and everything was perfect for us! About the pool, the house itself and the space outside. Communication was impeccable and questions were answered very quickly. Even for smaller concerns, there was always a solution without problems. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away and there are many things to do (we also got recommendations for this). It was all great and there is nothing to complain about!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Field Hill. Everything was very lovely. The host was super responsive, and very fast to answer any questions. She even brought us fresh grown vegetables during our stay. A really great experience.

I am very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything is better than shown in the pictures. The accommodation is decorated in style. The kitchen,bathrooms are all very nice and comfortable. I will definitely rent from Ms.Dragice again. The check-in was very easy,communication with the host also. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we felt at home. I highly recommend this place !

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!

Top apartment everything worked out very well. Our service was also impeccable. Unfortunately, the fridge didn't work on the first day. They brought us a replacement right away and installed a brand new one the same evening. Everything worked beautifully.

The host Vlatko and his parents were overall very pleasant and friendly hosts. They responded quickly and accommodatingly to short inquiries, for example, a knife sharpener was brought by the next day on request. The location of the villa is a bit remote, you can easily relax a little louder in the pool or jacuzzi in the evening. The surrounding mountains allow for excellent climbing or hiking tours. It is also about 40 minutes from Zadar. The equipment provided by the accommodation was impeccable and especially the stand-up paddle boards were great for enjoying the sea, which is a 5-minute walk away. Finally, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation here, only the rather bright living and dining room is great during the day, but a little bright for people sleeping in the living room. Staying at Villa Gina was excellent! When we arrived, we had a lovely apartment overlooking the sea, wine on the table, and coffee. The kitchen is very well equipped, the hot tub works perfectly, the rooms also had all the necessary extras. The apartment has an extraordinary atmosphere and decor. She would love to visit again! The host is incredibly kind and helpful, always providing quick contact. The location is fantastic, within a 10 minute walk there is the beach, shops, town. The perfect choice if someone wants to relax in a beautiful place, I recommend!
