Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Zaton

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Wir haben uns im Haus von Jadranka sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht und konnten dennoch schon vor der CheckIn-Zeit ins Haus. Jadranka und Ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und haben uns bei Fragen stets geholfen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Zlatko is a fantastic host. He made us feel right at home, extremely friendly, helpful and generously spoiling us with wine and home made snacks on the night of arrival, enjoyed with good and intelligent conversation. The apartment is very clean and well equipped and (rocky) beach is nearby. It’s a peaceful place with little noise and people, but it was already off-season. Albeit the weather was not so good, we highly recommend staying here as the area has many nice things to see and do. But you do need a car to get around. And Zlatko is just a truly genuine, kind and generous man. If ever in the area again, we would certainly come back here. Thank you Zlatko for the wonderful experience! :)

Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war perfekt, innerhalb Minuten. Das Gastgeber Paar war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und der Balkon war mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen ausgestattet. Ein schnelles WiFi und Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere gemieteten Fahrrädern war ebenfalls vorhanden. Bäckerei und Supermärkte befanden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Badestrand war fußläufig erreichbar ebenso ein nettes Cafe, wo der Sonnenuntergang cekebriert werden konnte. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Wir durften vier Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen und haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und wunderbar ruhig – dennoch ist man in nur einer halben Stunde in Zadar, umgeben von traumhaften Olivenhainen. Die Terrasse mit dem großen Grill verleiht den Abenden das gewisse Etwas. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen, auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Goran und seine Familie haben ganze Arbeit geleistet – so freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber erlebt man selten. Wir suchten etwas Besonderes, und Goran hat dafür all seine Verbindungen genutzt. Am Abreisetag hat er uns völlig unerwartet überrascht – und unsere Suche damit beendet. 😊 Wow... Wir waren sprachlos und begeistert vom Einsatz der ganzen Familie! ❤️ Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Abende am Grill zu geniessen, in der Nähe von Zadar shoppen zu gehen oder Spaziergänge durch die Olivenhaine zu machen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! DANKE

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!

Schönes Landhaus im mediterranen Stil und großes Grundstück, direkt beim Naturpark. Perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren oder um im Meer zu baden. Einfach toll!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Ivica und seiner Frau! Die beiden waren so aufmerksam und herzlich, haben einen Abend sogar für uns gekocht! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke ☺️

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Both Ivan as a host and his beautiful accommodations surpassed expectations in every way. The apartment is sophisticated and elegant, fancier than most hotels. Everything is pristine and Ivan has gone to great lengths to ensure that his guests want for nothing. He has thought of everything, and then gone the extra mile. His attention, swift responses and recommendations are also to be noted. Very friendly and helpful. This is by far one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at, and we would love to return one day.

Perfect calm accomodation with a little walk to Zadar old town. We were surprised to find a little snack and drink when we arrived that made us have the perfect last night of our roadtrip. Thanks to Josipa and Gino and their warm welcome and goodbyes when we left!

The apartment is great. Very well equiped and super confortable. Damir and his wife are super friendly. 100% recomendable.

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Martina's apartment was a great choice for our stay in Zadar. It's 2 min away from the sea and small beach and about 15 min easy drive to Zadar's old town. There are some restaurants walking distance and also small supermarket. Apartment is located on the groudnfloor of the big house. Martina and her family live upstairs and there are also some other apartments to rent on the top floor. But in this apartment you have a lot of privacy, as it is located in the back of the house. You also have your own tarrace there and small garden. The place is spacius and nicely decorated. Martina's family is super nice and very helpful. We will be back!

super endroit avec une vue sur la mer magnifique, couché de soleil magique avec la terrasse devant un peu embêté avec l isolation parce que la nuit il faisait froid mais sinon très propre et bien équipé pb d insecte dans la salle de bain au niveau du toilette mais ca fait parti du charme de la nature petit bruit de l autoroute mais ne gêne en rien , en contre bas le restaurant avec une vue sur la mer trop beau merci pour ce sejour

Sve ono što smo željeli i zamislili dobili smo boravkom u ovoj prekrasnoj kućici na osami. Jedini zvukovi su pjev ptica i vjetar u krošnjama. Ljubazna Nataša nas je dočekala i uputila u sve sadržaje koje kućica nudi i ako netko dvoji bi li mogao biti na mjestu bez struje i vode, mi bi samo dodali da nam je tri noćenja bilo premalo da izguštamo sve ono što "kućica nema" (kako je opisano na stranici domaćina), a zbog čega smo ju zapravo i odabrali. Predivno mjesto za potpuni zen... hvala domaćinima. Ako bude prilike dolazimo ponovo bez imalo dvojbe... D&D

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this cozy, beautifully renovated house that perfectly complemented the stunning landscape. The views were breathtaking, and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making communication a breeze. The location was peaceful and private, with everything we needed provided in the house. Free parking was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay. Clean, Beautiful. Peaceful. Was greeted by the father with homemade snaps. The mother came with strawberry. So top hospitality. Beautiful made house. Nothing missing inside. So peaceful view directly into the mountains. Spa was working. Nice annex with fireplace for evening cooking. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Maybe Tomislav (owner) you could get a few more candles (for additional romance) 😀
