Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Zaton

The view is a 15/10 and Irena was a great hostess! She was very proactive and took great care of me when I got sick. She made an extra trip with linens and had plenty of suggestions on where to get additional supplies. Even before I felt up for leaving the apartment, the view was healing in and of itself! Irena was also immediately helpful (at 10:30 at night!) in getting on the phone with the internet provider to reset the WiFi after a brief power outage that affected the entire bay. She got us up and running in just a few minutes! So grateful we stayed here!

Vi nød opholdet hos familien, og fortrød vi ikke havde booket flere dage, for der var hyggeligt i lejligheden, og masser af oplevelser indenfor køreafstand. Lejlighedens terrasse havde en pragtfuld udsigt over havet, så der nød vi vores måltider. På andendagen, da vi kom hjem om aftenen, slap vores hund ud af døren uden at vi havde set det - den havde opdaget en kat og løb efter den, også selvom katten forsvandt op af en udvendig trappe og op på taget, så pludselig var vores hund landet på taget uden at kunne komme ned igen. Værtinden hjalp med at lede, og heldigvis opdagede hun hvor den var, så jeg kunne komme op og redde den ned :-) Vi kommer med glæde igen en anden gang.

We stayed for one week, as a family with 3 children (5, 10 and 12). We felt really welcome, with friendliness, special small treats - prepared by Vicko and his parents - and a beautiful location. The place is situated on a hill in a beautiful garden, a nice terrace with view. Groceries are 2 minutes by car, an Dubrovnik is 20 minutes by car. We would wholeheartedly recommend the place and especially the hosts. Thank you!

Een volle week verbleven in het appartement! Een erg fijne plek om het onderste deel van Kroatië te verkennen. Strand op loopafstand. Fijne plek om de auto te parkeren. Heerlijk koel en schoon appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht! Ik wil weer terug!

Muy buena experiencia con este apartamento situado en Mokosica. La anfitriona Anita ha sido muy amable en todo momento y ha estado bastante pendiente de nosotros. El apartamento se corresponde al 100% con las fotos publicadas, limpio y ordenado. Se llega fácilmente aunque no está en el mismo DUBROVNIK, se puede ir en autobús desde el centro. Si buscas tranquilidad lo recomendamos

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Nähe von Dubrovnik verbracht. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem kleinen Kieselstrand, die Tavernen waren im April leider noch geschlossen, aber dafür war es ruhig. In der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir hatten zu fünft viel Platz. Wir konnten innerhalb von 10-15 Fahrminuten Dubrovnik erreichen und die wunderschöne Altstadt besuchen. Unbedingt sehenswert sind die Mauern Dubrovniks. Ein Motorboot konnten wir in unmittelbarer Nähe (Marina Zaton) völlig unkompliziert mieten und somit auch von der Meerseite Dubrovnik, die kleinen Inseln Lokrum, Kollocep und Lopud mit ihren Grotten bewundern. Auch das Sportklettergebiet zwischen Dubrovnik und Gornji Brgat ist innerhalb von 20 Fahrminuten schnell erreichbar und sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben, aber vielleicht schaffen wir es ja zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt einmal wieder in dem tollen Haus von Ana gastieren zu dürfen.

We had a great stay in Zaton! Vicko's sense of hospitality and generosity are hard to beat - he is definitely one of the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had! To top it off, the surroundings are breathtaking. It was nice to be close to Dubrovnik while staying in a much more quiet and peaceful area. I highly recommend staying at Vicko's place :)

The most amazing view. the most amazing host. we were reaching early at 745 am and our check in was at 3 , she ordered a taxi for us and got the room ready by the time we landed so that we could be accommodated. Her communications even before we landed was so helpful including when the police did the call for confirming our acco for the visa. But nothing beats the view. getting up in the morning and seeing the extremely blue sea with the ships... walking down to old city .. catching a bus (no 8) back , it was just an amazing trip

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, it has everything we needed - perfectly equipped. Stunning views of the bay, great base for our week in Dubrovnik. The hosts have been super helpful with hints and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. Highly recommend!

The apartment was wonderful: very clean, bright and cozy. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the apartment, and there’s also a nearby bus stop with a direct route to the Old Town. The apartment is fully equipped — from shampoo and conditioner to kitchenware and even cooking oil. The hosts, Minela & Miloš, kindly left us some sweets and juice — a lovely and thoughtful gesture! Whenever we had questions, they responded right away. Very kind and friendly hosts. Thank you!

We had amazing time, Nico really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay and everything you need. The place is really clean, modern and has all the amenities. The location was great for views and a peaceful stay away from the traffic and hussle of the old town. I actually really enjoyed the up and down the hill, it was great exercise. There are plenty of direct routes via stairs to both the nearest beach and the old town.

This is an excellent place, its luxurious, private and has excellent facilities and the view is stunning, we use dthe Gym, pools and Sauna which are all really great. The place is spotless, and Ivo and Minja are very helpful. If you are looking for an escapare for a few days to relax, then this is the place, 10 mins from the airport, amazing views over Mlini Bay, where there are restaurants and bars, and you can simply hop on a ferry which will take you to Dubrovnik Old Town in about 30 mins. locations also accessible if you interested in some road trips which we did to Bosnia and Montenegro - a great place, great hosts - Thank You - Noel & Caitriona !

It was a wonderful stay. Beach was less than 100 meters away which gives feeling of private beach. Apartment was super clean with all the amenities, Maja always provided some free tasty snacks. Apartment has 2 kitchen, one inside and one outside. You can take bus from zaton mali to Dubrovnik in 2.3 euros and it just takes 15-20 min. Overall highly recommended.

Die Wohnung war top. Wir konnten sogar ein wenig früher einchecken. Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Uns wurden viele Dinge in der Wohnung zur Benutzen freigestellt und der Kühlschrank war mit wasser, wein und bier gefüllt. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation auf bezüglich des Check-Outs ohne Probleme. Sehr lieber Umgang miteinander. Wohnung ist viele Treppenstufen von der Altstadt/dem neuen Hafen entfernt. Aber wir haben alles zu fuß gemacht und das war völlig okay. Preis-Leistung war definitiv sehr gut. Haben uns keine Sekunde geärgert diese Wohnung gewählt zu haben und freuen uns bald wiederzukommen.

Iva and Nike’s place in Dubrovnik is nothing short of sensational! It starts with the excellent communication and thoughtful recommendations and ends with a unit that is pristine, convenient and spacious. We are so grateful for our hosts willingness to accommodate an early checkin request and then meet us to assist with our luggage and shopping needs. The apartment is beyond comfortable, modern with classic touches, and we greatly appreciated the washing machine and soothing air conditioning on the warmer days. We found the apartment to be a great refuge from the bustle of Dubrovnik while great restaurants, activities and swimming opportunities are steps away. This is one of the best accommodations we have experienced while traveling and it is highly recommended.

Dubrovnik is beautiful and so is Luko’s place. The view from the balcony is the highlight. The house is spacious and clean. I especially like the decor it has personal touches, from the wall paintings to the vintage cameras. There is a cafe & supermarket nearby. Although it’s quite a walk to and from the old town but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks looking at houses & the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was superb in every way — stylish, very spacious, and you could tell that Josipa had considered even the smallest details, and we could find everything (and more) we needed. Josipa also provided some really nice local recommendations. The views from the balcony were also amazing, and a perfect spot for a morning coffee. You can tell there’s been a lot of care and attention to detail put into everything — it all felt really thoughtful and high-quality. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. I’d 100% recommend this spot to anyone, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

Stayed 5 nights for a family get together (5 adults and an 18 month old). The property was great and had almost everything that we could have wished for. The views from the balconies are amazing and I can't recommend this place enough for those views alone! The cost of the stunning views is the steep descents and ascents from the beach and the old city but we are all keen walkers so we just soaked up the exercise. We did see loads of service busses passing the property every day so I am sure most of the climb could be avoided if preferred.

What a great few nights in Cavtat. Bruno was so good at communication and responded within minutes of if I needed to ask a question. Super friendly. The apartment was very clean and as described. The walk to the main harbour was about a 25 minute walk, it’s a bit tough walking back up the hill but we liked that as made sure we worked off dinner and drinks. Beautiful location and so near to the beach and closer restaurants if you didn’t want to walk to the main town. So much to do and a great base for excursions. Little cafe a minute walk up the road for water or snacks/breakfast. All in all I will be returning. This place is truly magical.
