We had a fantastic stay at Marina’s place. We booked very last minute (24 hours’ notice) but Marina made it very easy for us. We loved the house - it was spacious, clean and tidy and the pool was great for the kids. Marina was very welcoming, very responsive and very helpful. Everything went very smoothly! The house is about a ten minute walk from the sea. It is a steep path which but worth it for the beautiful water on arrival. There isn’t a beach as such but there is a natural swimming pool and a designated swimming area which was great. One point to note is that parking is a few minutes walk from the house near the church. However you can pull up a short al walk from the house to load and unload cases so it was no problem for us. We had a great time and would happily stay at Marina’s place again.

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? The property is immaculate, comfortable, we felt right at home. Communication before arriving set up the experience of feeling at home with friends. The enthusiastic welcome, lemonade and beer, fruit, Pego the Pekingese and Esmeralda (1 or 2?) - heart-warming. An afternoon of meandering intellectually-rivetting conversation with Nina and Mladenka - sharing life experiences and insights. I never expected this to be part of our stay but it was the absolute highlight. We left knowing that we had made genuine friends in Nina, Mladenka and Pego and I look forward to the opportunity to return, bring friends, and share an experience that was an absolute highlight of our 4-day cycling trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik. My only regret is that we only had the one night with the family - I would stay a week in a heartbeat 💗 Steph and I wish you both, and the pets, all the very best in life and health and happiness. The accommodation totally matches the description. the environment is exceptional, the sea view from the terrace, the bedroom and the pool is extraordinary. Marija is always available, offering us a very nice boat trip and we have or enjoy the figs from the garden! i would totally recommend this place

Amazing location! This place has all the views and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Ante was Outstanding as our host, he was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants, parking, and attractions. Would definitely return and spend more time!

Good place with lots of beds and space. Location is 25 minutes from Old Town Dubrovnik by car, would recommend for someone with a rental car.

We came to Dubrovnik on a family vacation and Marijo’s house was the perfect way to start our trip. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our entire visit there. The place was recently renovated and surpassed our expectations - the house was very spacious, clean, modern and an overall beautiful space. The pool and grilling area were the best way to spend the days and nights and very inviting. The beds were all very comfortable and bathrooms all updated and modern. Marijo was the perfect host and his house was walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, a brewery, ferry and a 15 minute uber from old town. Super safe area as well (police station nearby). We couldn’t recommend this place more!

If I could give six stars I would. We stayed at the villa for for nights in june, and it was exactly as in the pictures, maybe even better. The villa is clean and comfortable. Every room has airco, beds sleep well, the kitchen is well equiped and the basics like coffee, tea and such are there. Maro even provides a bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine, Maro (and his brother) was very responive, friendly and pro-active in his communication. The minute our plane landed, there already was a message og Maro's brother welcoming us and giving us clear directions to the villa. We also booked a boat trip via Maro, which was a fantastic experience. But actually the villa is not even that important, because the garden with all its teraces, the view, the pool, the sea is the most amazing part of it. It's even better than the pictures!

The apartment is easy to find and has all you need. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed the walk in to Cavtat. Iva and her family were great hosts and couldn’t do enough for us.

We were a family of 10 and the place just comfortably fit us in. The location on the water was just magical….and we spent majority of our time on the outdoor patio which was huge. The pool was amazing! We would have struggled if it was raining as the lounge area was quite small. Overall the house was very well equipped and clean. It’s ideal to have a car as there is not much in walking distance. 15 min drive into Dubrovnik. Marijana and her mum were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed. This place is the perfect house for relaxing on the water watching the boats go by. We loved the fact you could dive right into the ocean from the back. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

We booked the villa for our friends hen party weekend. Ana is the perfect host and the villa is absolutely stunning - the location is easily accessible by Uber at all hours but you may want a car for easy access to local supermarkets (less than 5 mins drive). The view is amazing and the villa has everything you could need and has a real authentic but luxury feel - Ana was always available for any questions, gave us amazing recommendations and we are so so grateful to have found this villa! Would not hesitate to recommend booking! Ana, you’re the best!

The place exceeded expectations. So close to everything. Bus. Shop. Beach. Very friendly and easy host. Great pool that was well kept and comfortable. Highly recommend this listing.

Excellent place looking out over the Old town and the sea. View is spectacular. Clean, nice pool area, everything was very well maintained. Very safe area, just Lots of steps,. we overpaid a bit for taxis after a long day to ride to the top once or twice. The view was worth it !

Andrea was a great host! Her communication was pristine and was extremely helpful! She was flexible with check-in and check-out! She was being very understanding of the lack of service and made both check in and out easy! The apartment itself is in a great location, a short walk to the old town and was very easy to get around via taxi to some of the further out touristic sites. The apartment was comfortable as well. I would stay there again!

We received a very warm welcome and were shown around the apartment, when we were given a bowl of delicious grapes (just before they reached the end of season) picked from Family Pijaca's vines. We felt quite 'at home' there and enjoyed our conversations with Miro, who spoke very good English (unlike our Croatian!!) and with his mother through a few words and sign language.

We really enjoyed our stay on Koločep! The apartment is located in a beautiful bay with stunning views, away from the main town and therefore very tranquil. The apartment itself is comfortable with an equipped kitchen and outdoor space to relax. It was quite hot at night but we understand there is a plan to install air conditioning soon. We enjoyed swimming, snorkelling and walking through the pine forests. Josko picked us up by boat for easy access to the apartment and was very friendly and helpful. He also gave us a tour around the island by boat, sharing his knowledge and some great stories.

This is an extremely comfortable and well-equipped apartment, with all modern amenities (including an elevator). If you have a car and want to explore the area it is perfect. It is in a new building which is part of a complex of new construction, so there is no old-world charm. But is only a 10-15 minute walk to the city center. Kaca, the host, was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

We (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed for one week in this beautiful house. The house is very spacious, very calm, has a beautiful sea view and covered all our needs. We enjoyed to play billard and table soccer and to discover the nearby region. Marijana is very proactive and the communication was always easy and straight forward. We highly recommend the house in this beautiful part of Croatia!

This place is seriously wonderful!! We only stayed one night as a last stop in Cavtat at the end of our trip and we were kicking ourselves the entire time. It’s such a lovely and perfect apartment!! If we ever come back to Croatia we’ll be sure to stay here again, but longer! The main bed is suuuuper comfy! The place is huge, too. And the balcony is great! We really loved this place!

Stunning views, amazing host! Thoughtful welcome treat, well-stocked kitchen, plentiful hot water, American-sized trash can (trust me, you'll love having it compared with those tiny European ones). Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, space to stretch out and relax inside and outside. But two things catapult this place to stellar territory: the host and the views. Toni kept in touch throughout our stay via AirBNB messages, offering tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt like he really wanted us to be happy in his home. As for the views, here's the best way I can explain it. One day as my husband and I sat on the terrace debating our afternoon plans, we realized we already were exactly where we wanted to be doing exactly what we wanted to do. The view of the old town never got old, and it changed depending on the time of day and the weather. One tip: Leave your fancy sandals home and pack study sneakers instead. Lots of steps - but so worth that view from this perch!

It was spotless, the cleanliness was amazing, beds were so comfortable, everything in the apartment just felt like home 😊 Our hosts, Marija and her husband, were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for the best local restaurants and made our stay even more special. They are the kindest people you can find in Croatia ✨ The location is perfect—just a 5 minute walk to the bus station, with easy access to the beach. The neighborhood has such a vibrant, relaxed energy that made us feel like we truly escaped the rush of everyday life. We loved every moment here and would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!
