The view is a 15/10 and Irena was a great hostess! She was very proactive and took great care of me when I got sick. She made an extra trip with linens and had plenty of suggestions on where to get additional supplies. Even before I felt up for leaving the apartment, the view was healing in and of itself! Irena was also immediately helpful (at 10:30 at night!) in getting on the phone with the internet provider to reset the WiFi after a brief power outage that affected the entire bay. She got us up and running in just a few minutes! So grateful we stayed here!

We had an incredible stay in Dubrovnik. Seno was an amazing host. This apartment was breathtaking, extremely clean, WE LOVED IT!! Amazing view. Cannot recommend it enough. We will definitely we coming back.

You could consider being more responsive to messages, especially around check-in. When someone is travelling—like we were, coming from Albania—it’s reassuring to know everything is confirmed. We weren’t sure if the booking was secure, and since we hadn’t heard back from the host, we were worried we might have to make alternative arrangements at the last minute.

We stayed for one week, as a family with 3 children (5, 10 and 12). We felt really welcome, with friendliness, special small treats - prepared by Vicko and his parents - and a beautiful location. The place is situated on a hill in a beautiful garden, a nice terrace with view. Groceries are 2 minutes by car, an Dubrovnik is 20 minutes by car. We would wholeheartedly recommend the place and especially the hosts. Thank you!

Stayed in the apartment for a full week! A very nice place to explore the lower part of Croatia. Beach within walking distance. Nice place to park the car. Delightfully cool and clean apartment with a fantastic view! I want to go back!

Exceptional stay at Ivica's! ⭐️5/5 The place exceeded our expectations - sparkling clean, comfy, and stunning views. Ivica was super helpful and accommodating, even letting us leave our bags early and extending our checkout time when I wasn't feeling well. Highly recommend!

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Everything was pretty much perfect except for the LOTS of stairs to pull our luggage up from the street. But we had excellent Croatian helpers who were strangers that saw us struggling and just jumped in and helped us. The location could not have been better and Boris helped us with cabs and directions. 1000% recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, it has everything we needed - perfectly equipped. Stunning views of the bay, great base for our week in Dubrovnik. The hosts have been super helpful with hints and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here and the beautiful view! You can walk to some restaurants right on the bay. Marija is very nice and helped us figure out the ferry to Korcula. Her son, Matteo took us on a boat ride that was very nice too!! I would book again!

The apartment was wonderful: very clean, bright and cozy. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the apartment, and there’s also a nearby bus stop with a direct route to the Old Town. The apartment is fully equipped — from shampoo and conditioner to kitchenware and even cooking oil. The hosts, Minela & Miloš, kindly left us some sweets and juice — a lovely and thoughtful gesture! Whenever we had questions, they responded right away. Very kind and friendly hosts. Thank you!

Fortunate to have 11 nights in the Royal apartment. Suzana looked after us as Jadranka was away. Both though were responsive when needed assistance. As described in the listing with wonderful views across Lapad bay. There are 4 apartments in the complex along with the Hosts accommodation. Romantic apartment is at the top same level as pool area. Next down was the Royal, Harmony a few steps further down and Marine the lowest. All very private and didn’t hear any unnecessary noise from other guests. 61 steep steps from street to apartment door and the shower is in the hydro bath so a bit of a high step there. My wife was a bit hesitant as she has had a hip replacement couple of years ago but found a routine! Using the elevators at nearby More and Kompas hotels to get back from the promenade was a good handy hint! Amenities were good. Some instructions would be helpful especially using the appliances. We had amazing time, Nico really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay and everything you need. The place is really clean, modern and has all the amenities. The location was great for views and a peaceful stay away from the traffic and hussle of the old town. I actually really enjoyed the up and down the hill, it was great exercise. There are plenty of direct routes via stairs to both the nearest beach and the old town.

The place was clean, well located & a respite from the hot, humid weather. Be prepared to climb a LOT of stairs, but this is true throughout Dubrovnik. Loved the garden & terrace… an escape inside the busy city walls!

Dubrovnik is beautiful and so is Luko’s place. The view from the balcony is the highlight. The house is spacious and clean. I especially like the decor it has personal touches, from the wall paintings to the vintage cameras. There is a cafe & supermarket nearby. Although it’s quite a walk to and from the old town but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks looking at houses & the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was superb in every way — stylish, very spacious, and you could tell that Josipa had considered even the smallest details, and we could find everything (and more) we needed. Josipa also provided some really nice local recommendations. The views from the balcony were also amazing, and a perfect spot for a morning coffee. You can tell there’s been a lot of care and attention to detail put into everything — it all felt really thoughtful and high-quality. The kitchen was fully equipped as well. I’d 100% recommend this spot to anyone, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again!

What a great few nights in Cavtat. Bruno was so good at communication and responded within minutes of if I needed to ask a question. Super friendly. The apartment was very clean and as described. The walk to the main harbour was about a 25 minute walk, it’s a bit tough walking back up the hill but we liked that as made sure we worked off dinner and drinks. Beautiful location and so near to the beach and closer restaurants if you didn’t want to walk to the main town. So much to do and a great base for excursions. Little cafe a minute walk up the road for water or snacks/breakfast. All in all I will be returning. This place is truly magical.
