Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Zapopan

Estuve 9 días con Carlos y Julieta. La verdad fue una estancia estupenda. El lugar está muy bien ubicado. Cerca hay supermercados, restaurantes y transporte de autobuses. El lugar es super limpio. Los baños amplios con buena regadera y agua caliente aunque hay que cuidar el agua por que hay escasez en Guadalajara. Julieta y Carlos super amables y muy atentos. Por el precio sobre todo comparando otros lugares dieron excelente servicio y hospedaje! Lo recomiendo 💯 %!

Me volvería a hospedar, el anfitrión es muy atento, te da todas las recomendaciones posibles para que puedas disfrutar de tu estancia, es un lugar tranquilo y cómodo.

Excelente lugar para quedarse, muy atenta la anfitriona, el único detalle que se le puede dar la lugar es el baño reducido y compartido, pero no por eso demérito el resto del lugar, en especial la terraza privada

I stayed here during my first trip to Guadalajara. The home is centrally located within easy walking distance to many of the city's highlights, including churches, markets, museums, restaurants, and plenty of historical sites to visit. Ramiro was very helpful and sent over a handy list of restaurants, things to expect, and ideas on what to do. The home itself was lovely. We spent our mornings and evenings enjoying the upstairs patio, and the place had everything we needed, including jugs of water. One thing to note, there is no AC in the home. We stayed in April with temperatures in the low 90s, and due to the dry climate and layout of the house, we were very comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, consider bringing a noise machine to drown out the sounds of the occasional traffic at night. The fans available were useful. Ubers were easy to find, and we'd either walk or take a quick ride to our destination. I can't recommend this place enough, and I'll definitely be back!

My family had a wonderful stay at Sergio’s apartment. The apartment was beautiful, just like in the photos, and the amenities + location connected to Real Center were a major plus traveling with my toddlers. Sergio, Lorena, and team were excellent hosts - they were friendly, responsive, and proactive to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended.

The location was great and apartment has modern amenities. I visited during the hottest month of the season and appreciated the air conditioning systems in the unit. There are a few things to consider when making reservations here, unit is in the 5th floor of the complex, so if the one elevator is out of service the walk up the stairs can be difficult for those with disabilities. I only noticed it inoperable for a brief moment, not sure the reason. The unit is powered by the 1 key card you get, without it, there's no electricity. Our group had the same itinerary which didn't cause an issue. For other large parties with individual itineraries, it will require some coordinating to ensure the 1 key card is in the unit. Overall a great airbnb, I'd personally would consider staying here again.

Sergio y su equipo son personas muy lindas amables, cordiales y atentos, hemos tenido oportunidad de hospedarnos con ellos en diferentes alojamientos y siempre es una experiencia muy grata y para nosotros es calidad garantizada, los lugares muy completos limpios entre otras cosas si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse con ellos no lo duden.

The place was exactly as pictured. The dual showerheads in the master bathroom were amazing according to my friend who stayed in the room. The building has very good security; the people I met in the elevator were pleasant and the neighborhood was quite nice. Pool and gym mezzanine level were exactly as pictured and very enjoyable.
