The location is great, breakfast at the super rich juice bowl, the only thing is that the church is one block away from the bell bells if you wake up early, parking is more on the street

The space was better than in the photos, I was the first to stay in the renovated loft. Hot water, air conditioning, WiFi, all the amenities working perfectly, the bed was very comfortable. Pepe is a warm person with a sincere interest in making the stay ideal for his guests. The neighborhood is safe, and with a lot of restaurants as well as a supermarket across the street. I recommend it 100%.

The loft was excellent. It is located in a very walkable side of town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The loft was quaint and secure with double locks so you can feel secure knowing your belongings and you are safe. I definitely recommend this place!

Luis is very attentive, friendly, a wealth of Guadalajara knowledge and his 4 legged partner Jenry shares an awesome welcoming wag. We look forward to our move to Guadalajara and knowing Luis and Jenry as our friends.

A very nice room and in the center a few blocks from all the squares and tourist places.. the bed is very large and comfortable, the bathroom is very good, a very nice and comfortable room.. access only have to follow the instructions well and everything ok.. I really liked it..

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice area, pretty quiet, cute place with a small terrace. If you have any mobility issues at all, the caracol and stairs inside will be too much. I'd stay here again for sure.

Luis' apartment is beautiful and cozy, very well decorated and with a spacious layout. With its location in Colonia Americana we were nearby many restaurants, cafés, and bars that made for a lovely stay.

Very great location, close to the city center and main touristic attractions, all within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, especially if you want to cook a simple dinner or just have a coffee in the morning. Very quiet area, great apartment for a couple. It has super fast internet connection and the host was very fast in working with us for a late notice booking and arranged a special internet connection for us to be able to work on an important deadline we had. We will definitely return and choose this place for our next stay in Guadalajara city center.

Great location, easy to get in and out with the codes and very safe. Room is cozy and air conditioned . There was noise late on Friday and Saturday otherwise I loved it and would come back!

The space is divine, it has everything you need for a medium to long term stay, in our case we stayed for a little more than a month and we felt very comfortable, however the space is small and does not have large areas to store pantry, suitcases, etc. anyway it is comfortable enough especially if you travel light and compact. It has kitchen utensils, pots and pans as well as basic lounges for two people. It has a very beautiful outdoor area where you can enjoy the fruit trees. There are quite a few mosquitoes, come prevent, during the summer it is a bit hot, as it does not have a cross ventilation, but there is a fan with which you will have no problem circulating the air. Adriana is super friendly and always very aware, on the other hand Rosi, the woman who supports with cleaning and maintenance is very warm and is always in the best position to support you and make your stay comfortable. You will surely enjoy the stay!

Everything was fine

I highly recommend the place 100%. The Airbnb was according to the description, with a lot of privacy and in a quite quiet and central area to various establishments and squares. Adrian was very attentive and friendly.

The apartment matches the photographs well, it is very nice and comfortable. The hosts' attention and responses are very quick to any questions. The location is excellent and there is a pharmacy nearby. I would be willing to return on another occasion.
