All was well however, the blankets in the first room were dirty. The shower was a bit clogged. Overall, all was well. We have stayed in this how’s several times. Dennise is always very responsive to our needs. It’s a perfect place and city center.

I felt right at home, air conditioning, fan, kitchen equipped with elements that make your stay easier, refrigerator, oven, hot water, dishes, cable TV, good internet, safe, good parking, we will definitely be back

The truth that we loved it, we always fear the noise of the neighbors , here we do not hear anything , it is a very quiet colony you feel at home from the first day , there is a shop almost in front of the house , places to dine on the corner, very central and easy arrival to the beaches , the host gave you recommendations and options where to dine , very friendly and always pending , she answers very quickly ! We will definitely be back .

Excellent place Comfortable and central

I felt right at home, I attended the balloon festival and I stayed very close, I only had a problem with the entrance lock but they immediately helped me solve it and even Cindy came in person to solve it, she was very kind, the apartment is very quiet and it is just like the photos, there is an Oxxo and a couple of shops nearby, this accommodation is highly recommended

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Laura personally greeted us at check-in, gave us a tour, shared local tips, and even left some thoughtful goodies to kick off our vacation. The location was perfect—just two blocks off the Malecón in the heart of the art district. It was close enough to some of our favorite restaurants (No Se Nada, Melissa’s, Pipi’s, and Gaby’s) while offering a peaceful retreat from the lively energy of the Malecón. We loved starting our mornings with a walk along the waterfront before heading out for the day. The condo itself was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and having laundry facilities was a great convenience. But the true highlight was the private rooftop terrace—the perfect spot for morning coffee, soaking up the sun, and even getting in a workout. We travel extensively and have never experienced such kind and attentive hosts before. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend!

The place was just as described and really roomy. The area is nice and felt safe and comfortable. I saw people walking their dogs outside day and night almost everyday. There’s restaurants and taco stands within walking distance as well as wine and bar locations and they had really calm and cheerful neighborhood vibes. It felt very safe and peaceful in the area. My family enjoyed the pool and the ability to sit together in the dining room table and open the sliding doors really wide. We had 5 adults in our group and we were comfortable in this location. We had a car and we were able to park it in the designated gated space. We also took a few Ubers to Zona Romantica and it was within $6 to $8.

Very centrally located, with good internet and air conditioning that cools the entire space. Very friendly with the attention and siemore were pending. We forgot the keys and within minutes they opened us.

I absolutely loooove this airbnb. They really thought of everything. It is without a doubt the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The host has gone above and beyond. The deck/patio is amazing. There’s all sorts of appliances in the kitchen. The bed is sooo comfy (which is very important for me lol), the decor is beautiful, there’s a Google home you can play music on, bath robes, a nice gym (even had a punching bag). This Airbnb has everything and more. Also, I cannot forget to mention the pool!!!! It is beyond amazing. An experience in itself. While we were up there in the pool, there was a firework show. Ahh I would love to go back because I don’t think I had enough time to enjoy it enough. Don’t hesitate to book. 😍 You won’t regret it. Thank you so much to Trevor and his team. I liked the location and the pool. Very close to the beach, very nice but being high season it was very crowded.

This place is amazing! If you are looking for a great place to relax and have access to PV. This is a great place to choose. Gonzalo Is very responsive and super helpful with excursions and activities to consider while visiting. The roof top is amazing!! The views are memorable and the staff is top notch! We will definitely be considering this place when we visit PV again.

Easy to reach apartment... Upon arrival, the staff are very friendly, at the reception they are quick and with precise instructions.... Very nice, spacious, it has everything described, the large pool, enough loungers. With an excellent view of the pool and the sea. Excellent for relaxing and enjoying with the family... Your Hosts are very friendly, and respond quickly to any questions. We highly recommend it...!!!

We loved our stay at Raul's place, lots of great places to eat nearby, Costco and La Comer a short walk, plus several small local shops for everyday fresh fruit and veggies, and other needs. We really enjoyed the balcony view of the mountains and soccer fields, when we arrived back in the evening we would sit on the balcony and enjoy watching local children and teens on the soccer fields. Kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Raul also supplied some beach umbrellas, soccer balls and boogie boards. Always room at the pool to enjoy the heat. We had requested chairs for the balcony, Raul was quick to respond and provide. We also purchased a small beach chair that we left behind for other guests to use in the future. Just a couple of things that could have made our stay a better, Raul might consider putting screens on the doors and windows. The 5 gallon water jug was empty when we arrived, might have been due to quick turnover of guests.

The property is very nice, just like the photos, as well as clean and tidy. The beds were delightful!! I loved it. I rested very well. The property is excellent, I recommend it 👌 Bolongo's location seems excellent to me as it is halfway between Cruz de Huanacaxtle and Punta de Mita. I like that the complex has amenities for the whole family, from a playroom, store, coffee... I would love it if the pool facing the beach were not so far away and without so many stairs... but other than that, everything is great.

The house is very clean, comfortable beds, easy access, it has amenities and everything you need for your stay, a safe place, with assigned parking, we would definitely come back.
