Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Zadar County

Very nice, comfortable Dalmatian stone house in beautiful nature of Paklenica National Park. The owner Marijana is friendly and kind host. She provide us with recommendation and useful information. The house and surroundings was clean. Full equipment. Perfect for us and our 3 shibas. 🐕🐕🐕We loved it.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we stayed for a week at the end of May and had a fantastic holiday. The weather was lovely and it was fantastic to have the pool which was cool this time of year, and having the sauna and hot tub to warm up in again was fantastic. The pool is shared, for our stay the apartment adjacent wasn't occupied so we had it to ourselves, there are plenty of loungers and space so sharing would be easy. Our kids (aged 4 and 7) had such a great time between the pool, trampoline, toys and playground it was lovely to spend relaxing days at the house. There is a local bakery van visits daily with fresh tasty bread. The area is lovely to explore, would recommend having a car - we visited plitvice national park (highly recommended- stunning!), Zadar old town for sunsets and pakostane beach. Antonia is such a thoughtful host, we were greeted at the property and she had provided a platter of local cheese, fruit and cured meats with local wine which was great.

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus. Es war sehr sauber, die Betten gemütlich, Pool und Sauna traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Andrej war super. Der einzige deutliche Minuspunkt: Uns wurde auch auf mehrmalige eindringliche Bitte kein Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Andrej sagte, dass er das selbst nicht entscheiden könne. Ich konnte wirklich nicht verstehen, wieso kein Stuhl angeschafft werden konnte. Für uns war das eine große Einschränkung/Herausforderung, weswegen ich das hier öffentlich mache, damit andere Eltern mit Kleinkind vorbereitet sind.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen vor Ort. Es hat alles super geklappt und die Besitzer sind sehr nett.

Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr ländlich und man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen. Innerhalb von maximal 30 Minuten aber alles erreichbar. Zadar, Novigrad und Biograd. Zum einkaufen nach Benkovac keine 10 Minuten. Es war ein herrlicher Urlaub und wir können dieses wunderschöne Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Genauso wie auf den Bildern 👌

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Het was een perfect huis voor ons. Wij waren met 11 personen. Het zwembad, de jacuzzi en het dakterras maakte dit huis top! Ook reageerde Stipe snel voor en tijdens het verblijf. Dit is zeker een aanrader

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und wollen definitiv wieder kommen. Unsere Highlights waren der Pool mit dem Pool-Spielzeug, der Jacuzzi mit Blick auf die Berge, der Esstisch und der Hängesessel draußen.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het huis was mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. 4 mooie slaapkamers, 4 badkamers, een mooi zwembad, 2 veranda's in de schaduw, een BBQ. Het ontvangst was erg hartelijk en we waren blij verrast met wat koude drankjes en vers fruit. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben Ivana en haar broer Marin ons leuke tips gegeven over de omgeving. De ligging van het huis is prima; stranden, restaurants en supermarkt in de directe omgeving.

Pobyt w tym domu był absolutnie wyjątkowy. Dom jest piękny, gustownie urządzony i w pełni wyposażony – szczególnie kuchnia, w której nie brakowało absolutnie niczego, co było bardzo ważne przy pobycie większą grupą. Przestrzeń zaprojektowana z dużą dbałością o szczegóły, a do tego ten przepiękny widok na dolinę, który można podziwiać zarówno z tarasu, jak i wygodnych leżaków. Dzieci były zachwycone – większość czasu spędzały w basenie albo na dostępnej trampolinie. Dla dorosłych świetnym miejscem relaksu było pomieszczenie z jacuzzi i sauną – idealne na wieczorny odpoczynek. Na zewnątrz dużo przestrzeni do grillowania i wspólnego spędzania czasu, a dodatkową atrakcją był stół do ping-ponga. Gospodarze byli niezwykle serdeczni i pomocni – zadbali o każdy aspekt naszego pobytu, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Dom znajduje się w dogodnej lokalizacji – niedaleko od morza, Zadaru i Szybenika, co pozwalało na ciekawe wycieczki. Z całego serca polecamy!

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

Wir sind vorher noch nie an diesem Ort gewesen und haben uns direkt verliebt! Wunderschöner kleiner Ort, sehr familiär und harmonisch! Die Gastgeber waren super zuvorkommend, jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!🥰

My family of seven stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The apartment is lovely, very well-maintained, and just as described. It is not really walking distance to the old city, but there is a nice private parking space and the drive to town is short and parking near the town is affordable. Communication from the owner was proactive and instructions were clear. Our stay here was great, thank you!

De villa van Valentina is geweldig! Helemaal zoals beschreven, zeer goed onderhouden en schoon, het is volledig afgemaakt waardoor onze hond vrij kon rondlopen. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en Valentina is een superhost die steeds voor je klaar staat, ze reageert letterlijk binnen enkele minuten als je een vraag hebt. Gewoon top!
