Great little apartment with the most beautiful view from the terrace. And Sandra was really friendly and responsive. Great value for the price.

This apartment had a beautiful view. It was very spacious and clean.

The apartment is tidy, comfortable, modern, tucked away, warm enough for winter conditions. The kitchen is well-equipped. Located in the heart of the old town, it's peaceful and quiet. Everything is a short walk away, parking (underground garage) Poljane is 5 minutes away. Pet is friendly, so our Gulliver enjoyed his first trip too. Ana is a pleasant host and very responsive. We will come again for sure:)

This place is a jewel. The view from the balcony is wonderful - it is tempting to enjoy watching the harbor activity exclusively. But the short walk to the Riva and easy access to the commercial port facilities adds value. A grocery store is downstairs! Helena was very helpful with every question and particularly with guidance on places to see and means to get there in and around Split. Should we visit Split again, Helena's place will be first on our wish list.

We had an amazing time staying at Jere & Ivana’s home. Location was perfect in every way. Great access to shops, restaurants and a quick 15-20 minute walk to the ferry boats. The outdoor patio on the top floor was perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring Split. Very spacious bedrooms. Jere & Ivana were always quick to respond. We were very fortunate to have them share their home with us. The home is on the 3rd/4th floor so it may be a challenge for those who may be senior in age but we had no issue enjoying the residence. ⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Absolutely brilliant stay. The view from the terrace was one of the best we've seen for air BnB. Had drinks in the evening and breakfast in the sunshine, overlooking the stunning islands. Accommodation was as described, very clean and well equipped kitchen. Host was very informative and allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. Only thing to be aware of is the walk down to the old town/marina is steep, therefore the walk back up can be challenging for some. Lots of steps! Parking was great and overall very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay again :)

Jelena is a kind and responsive host. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, she keeps it up so well. There were goodies waiting for us in the room, and she even offers to take you to the airport if needed. The apartment has a nice view of the beach and is only a pleasant walk to Trogir. We enjoyed every minute at Ana‘s place. She even let us stay longer than paid and organized early check-in. We had our private space and the house with its beautiful garden (bbq spot, olive trees, wooden pool sun beds etc.) was more than we could habe ask for. All in all more than recommandable! PS: Her family even made us very tasty dessert on the day of departure!

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay at the ranch. It was peaceful, calm and relaxed. we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the children never wanted to be out of the pool. We enjoyed fresh eggs and delicious olive oil produced from the olive trees on the grove. During our stay we enjoyed local areas such as Split, Trogir and Marina. We would throughly recommend staying here if you are after a relaxing retreat as a couple or as a family of four. Nikola was accommodating and friendly, as we're his parents nearby. If we are ever back in the area we would happily stay at the ranch again.

Marina Beach 5mn drive away Shops (convenience store and bakery) 2mn walk Marina port and restaurants within walking distance. Split 45mn by car, departure from activities: rafting, boat trip.... We enjoyed the greenery, the large terrace, the calm.

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment has a beautiful outside area with barbecue and it’s just one minute walk to the beach. We worked remotely during our stay, so good WIFI is important and it was! The host is always there to help. Thank you once again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in this apartment because it is close to the airport, but also reasonably close to Krka national park. In retrospect, we would have wanted to stay here much longer! The apartment is super comfortable, clean and nice. The bed was lovely and the host was very warm. We also stayed in Split for a few days, but this is actually a much better location (and cheaper) if you want to explore the area around Split. And perfect if you need to be close to the airport! Trogir itself is a little small but very cute. The apartment is very conveniently located, close to the old town and a large bus station. In other words: we highly recommend the apartment and would like to thank Zivko for a pleasant stay!

Perfect stay, without any problems

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

Stayed here with 2 other friends and had an absolutely amazing time, the place was spotless upon entry and the hosts provided extensive information on how to get into the place and it’s amenities. They are super responsive and helpful with any thing you may need, will definitely stay here again. Split is beautiful and this place is in walking distance of everything we needed. 5/5 stars as we have literally no complaints. Thank you for making this part of our trip unforgettable!

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

Great location, only a 15 to 20 min car journey to either Split or Trogir. Lovely home right next to the water. Perfect for a quiet getaway, but easy travel to some of the more touristy areas.

Ana Maria and her mom were fantastic hosts! Ana Maria welcomed us as if we were family and was always available to recommend restaurants and beaches. The house is just as pictured, quiet and well divided and very close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Bol. Very close to the center of the village and easily reachable on foot.
