Beautiful home with water views, amazing location to walk or drive into Portsmouth or the outlets in Kittery.

Perfect sized cottage for the 4 of us. The stunning views and the sound of waves restored our souls! The cottage was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed and more. We loved watching the waves from the Adirondack chairs and enjoyed playing a few rounds of corn hole. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Minisands was everything we hoped for and more! It was super clean and well appointed. Kristen and Spike are the perfect hosts. The location is superb! Loved that we could walk to some great restaurants too! We’ll be back for sure 👍

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe staying here and coming here in the early a.m. after work. I stayed here for the winter months (Nov.-June) It was a wonderful place to weather the snow and winter/spring season. Just so you know, the road leading to the house is unpaved. It is not a big deal during the summer, but during the winter, the road was not always plowed until late in the evening (10 pm-11 pm) - NO fault of the homeowner AT ALL. The neighbors were friendly and helpful when it came to pushing my car out of the snow - (I only got stuck once! FWD car). The house was clean and exactly as described, and Glarih was attentive to all my requests and comments. They did not have heaters upstairs until after I had been there for about a month, but it made a world of difference once they were installed!!! Before the heaters were installed, Glarih provided extra blankets, rock salt, shovels, and alternative supplies to keep warm. Thank you for the wonderful stay and experience!

An outstanding place to stay. It’s even bigger than we thought from the pictures, with tones of nooks to enjoy. The sunroom at the front of the house catches the morning light and makes for an excellent place to relax while waking up. A sandy beach is just a short walk away. Karla was responsive and prompt when we needed her help. We’d love to come back to this captivating stay!

Just spent a couple of nights at Hidden Pines Cabins in South Berwick, Maine and had the most romantic and relaxing experience. We chose the mirrored cabin because of its uniqueness and it was perfect for us. Keep in mind this is a one room cabin with a small bathroom, but plenty for two adults. We loved the private jacuzzi and sauna and used it regularly after our hikes. As for the host Christian, he was probably the best host I’ve EVER dealt with using an Airbnb. Friendly, responsive and welcoming! He does have two other cabins the Pond View and the A Frame. We plan on renting the A Frame sometime in the winter. Thank you, Christian! 💕 Barbara

Beautiful home, incredible convenience of being able to walk down a trail to the market and cafe for everything you could possibly need (and then some!) and such picturesque surroundings -- including trails on their property along with Wagon Hill Farm across the street. This property is perfection!

Maria’s place was cozy and had special touches with pretty linens and vintage decor. She also had very well stocked personal products. The apt has a separate entrance and is above their home. The stairs might feel steep for some people. Loved the large bathroom! We really liked the layout of the apartment. Maria was very kind, we enjoyed meeting her as we were leaving. Thanks for providing brochures on things to do in the area! We really enjoyed walking around the Wells reserve trails. One of the locals recommended the Fishermen’s Catch in Wells to get lobster and it did not disappoint. A great weekend at Maria’s place… just a few houses off of route 1!

This place is a gem. Location is perfect. It is close to shopping, restaurants & beach. Pete & Holly were personable & thought of everything you would need to be comfortable. It was very clean & the grounds were beautifully kept. We would highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay! The airbnb is located above a restaurant, so parking in the assigned spaces can be a bit tricky if you arrive at night, but still no issues as we parked in a restaurant spot until we could move the cars later. The location is great, walkable to town and the cliff walk. The inside was more spacious than we anticipated from the photos and it was so nicely decorated! Would definitely come back! The side door was a bit tricky to lock, so I’d recommend only opening if you plan to use the little porch area with the full wall opened up.

Lovely, tastefully decorated, place tucked in the beautiful area of Wells! We could tell from the moment we walked in that there was a thorough clean of the apartment prior to our arrival. Additionally, the attention to detail was amazing, from pamphlets about the area to beach towels to borrow in the bathroom. Though we weren’t in the area for the beach, we found it conveniently located to Ogunquit (specifically for the Ogunquit Playhouse, which was the reason for our little weekend trip). We’d happily choose this AirBnB again for any future visits :)

This was the perfect getaway! Lynne’s space was spotless and cozy. She was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would love to visit again in the future!

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. The decor was very tasteful and beachy. The bed was super comfy and the proximity to the beach and the Casino made this a perfect stay for me.

Studio by The Sea Barbara&Jim, Traveling alone is often difficult. I felt very secure upon arrival. The hosts were welcoming and happy to greet me. This was a perfect location for enjoying being in the heart of Old Orchard Beach. You get live music down stairs, a few steps away from the beach, quick walk to downtown/pier. Totally worth it! The condo is beautiful and comfortable.

The condo was extremely clean and tidy. Location is perfect for shopping in Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal Way. Once again, another great visit!

Great stay

Christopher was a helpful host and his place was perfect! Clean, fully stocked, great location. It was close to lots of beaches and restaurants and the pool was great for the little ones

We loved our stay here, perfect location and a clean and comfortable stay! Lots to do in Portsmouth and the surrounding area and especially lots of great places nearby to eat. Convenient to have 2 parking spots and to be right next to a great restaurant! Well hope to be back in the future!

Great place to stay for our family of 4. I asked for 3 beds and that request was made possible. I enjoyed the area and it was quiet and peaceful place to rest after walking around the beaches and or state parks. Amenities were very good and communication with the check in team was excellent.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

Diane was amazing to work with and very helpful and responsive! The condo was beautiful, clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location with so much to do within walking distance. Highly recommend. We are already looking to go back next year for our yearly Hampton Beach getaway.
