A gem of an Airbnb! The hosts truly thought of everything and this was the perfect place to stay with two young kids; in fact, my son loved the bunkbed and toys so much he refused to go to bed every night! From the tonies box and kids toys, to all the beach and baby gear, there wasn’t one thing they lacked. The place was clean and organized and felt so cozy. I highly highly recommend this place, especially for families! The hosts were so friendly and accommodating as well.

Very clean and cute, small cottage. We had 4 adults was a great weekend for a girls trip. We could have used more bath, kitchen towels. Also a sponge and dish soap were missing. But does have a dishwasher. But over all was a great place to stay and hot tub was great too!

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. We visited all the surrounding cities we came to Maine for. The beds were so comfy! The towels smelled so fresh. The washer and dryer were so nice to have- so thoughtful that detergent was provided! We appreciated all the cute details the cottage had to offer. My girls loved the ride on the golf cart! 10/10 stay. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely place with us!

Great clean air bnb. Accurately as described.. looks good in photos but even better in-person. Bed was comfortable. Would rent their properties again.

The house was clean and well maintained. The view was gorgeous, too bad Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. It was cold and rainy. Used the fire pit nightly and it was nice. Linens were clean, towels were soft and fluffy and smelled freshly laundered. Kitchen was spotless and well stocked with pot/pans and dishes. Having a dishwasher was nice too. Two grocery stores (Hannaford and Market Basket) were close by and plenty of restaurants too. We came with the intention of doing nothing and just changing scenery for the weekend. This place was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend it! The location is great, as it’s close to plenty of restaurants and stores. We were even able to walk to get breakfast and dinner. The space itself was much larger than we expected and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even had snacks, waters, and coffee left for us! The highlight for my 2 year old was the pirate ship playground. We also loved having access to picnic tables. We got takeout and enjoyed eating outdoors. We did not use the outside grill but that is a great addition and we would have used if we stayed longer. The host was very helpful and accommodating. They offered early check in and check out and gave very clear instructions on how to get in. I would not hesitate to return in the future!

We stumbled upon this beautifully decorated cottage at the very last minute, and it turned out to be an absolute gem! A serendipitous find that exceeded all of our expectations. Every detail of the space was thoughtfully curated, with charming local decor that instantly made us feel at home. The amenities were perfect - everything we needed was not only available, but of high quality, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Karl was warm, responsive to our every message, gave us some great tips on what to do in the area and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the place felt welcoming and peaceful...a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. We're so glad we found this cottage, and without a doubt, we'll be back the next time we're back in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The house is very nice with a view of the bay and the screened in porch was an great place to be outside but away from the bugs. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet and the house had everything we needed with appropriate notes in all the right places.

They were accommodating, flexible, and very gracious. They had an entire binder of information with details about where to find fans, towels, flashlights, how to work the shower, heat, grill, and about anything else you can think of. It also had emergency services, restaurants, places to have a good time, and good details about checkout expectations. Overall we were extremely happy with the property and our stay, and were honored by the personalization they did for us specifically as it was our Honeymoon and they wrote us a custom note by hand for when we arrived. Highly Recommended - Will Rent Again!

We had a wonderful stay. 6 ladies coming together to celebrate a birthday,catch up on eachother's news, enjoy meals together by the sea, and relax. The setting and house were perfect for us. Spotlessly clean and cheerful, beautifully equipeed with extra everythings, well located close to the beach, the nature reserve and the center and surrounded by lovely views. The beds were comfy and the whole house felt like a longstanding part of the community yet newly renovated throughout and very welcoming. Amanda, our host, was warm and responsive and attentive to our needs. We'd be happy to return for another gettogether!

Extremely clean lake house with stunning views and all the comforts of home. Many sweet touches throughout the three bedroom house and fully appointed kitchen. Wishing we had more time to stay, relax, and enjoy the water, but would highly recommend this Air B&B! PS. I appreciated the railings along the steps down to the house, having had a recent knee replacement.

Great weekend stay with our kids. Peaceful location and cozy cabin with lots of character. Very close to downtown Bridgton and Naples! Emily and Matt were very helpful and kind.

Cheryl's home is cosy and quiet, and the photos don't quite do the place justice. It's an amazing spot since you can walk into town and access the trails to Pondicherry Park, and it's back off the road enough to feel private and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay, and especially the cupcakes that were there upon our arrival.

Larry's place was beautiful. There was a great view of the inlet from both downstairs and upstairs. It's within walking distance to downtown Portsmouth, which is great because parking can be tricky in town. But we had a long day driving so we just enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and relaxing. Having a bedroom with living room upstairs AND downstairs was perfect as it afforded my daughter and I each our own space. The only problem was we didn't have more than one night to stay!

This Airbnb is an absolute hidden gem! It is a peaceful spot surrounded by nature in an convenient location. Inside, it's cozy and feels just like home. It’s very clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, and it’s very quiet. The spacious outdoor area is a dream, offering so many spots to sit with loved ones right by the water, from the fire pit to the dock and deck. The photos don't even begin to capture its beauty. We made lifelong memories in the backyard. The surrounding towns are packed with natural beauty and history, there is so much to do and so many lobster rolls to be eaten (I probably gained a few pounds exploring all the delicious food in Portsmouth). Andrew was an incredibly responsive and helpful host, full of good recs and making the whole experience seamless. The check out process was especially easy compared to some of my recent Airbnb’s, it was really nice being able to check out of an without having to do a laundry list of chores first 😅

This was our second stay at River Rose. We absolutely love how quiet and welcoming it is. Jen makes check in a breeze and communicates well. The cottage has everything you need and the small touches are always thoughtful and tastefully done. We can’t wait to come back.

We visit Maine often but this was our first staying in York, and could not have picked a more perfect spot than this. The place's location was ideal for quick or long walks with or without our dogs throughout the day, scenic stroll to dinner, and drive around town. The descriptions/instructions were a little confusing as automatic messages vs updated requests from host at times were inconsistent, but no big deal because the host was very communicative and was able to clarify. Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay at the cottage! Alexis is a great host who provided a beautiful, clean and well put together place for my family to stay. The cottage is private yet close to a variety of places to visit. I highly recommend staying here! My family and I enjoyed our stay and will be considering another visit when vacationing in Maine again.

We enjoyed our week at the cottage. It was clean and easy to feel at home in. It was perfect for our budget and only a few extra minutes to the beaches. April was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well. She was so helpful! We will be staying again in the future.
