This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

We stayed here for a local wedding. It was able to accommodate our group of 10, with room to spare. The entire house was spotless, and that's saying a lot with the size of the place and the decor. Everything was perfect. Just wish it was a little warmer so we could have made use of the pool and the great outdoor space.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

We had a great stay! Hosts were friendly, helpful, and responsive. Home was well appointed and the kids loved the swinging chairs and swimming pool. Would stay again!

The house is big, beautiful, and well maintained. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. Very nice backyard to sit and relax. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cold when we visited, so couldn't enjoy the backyard fully. The kitchen is great, furnished with coffee maker (both Keurig cups and drip coffee), waffle maker etc., There is also a barbecue in the backyard. There are 3 full bathrooms with showers that are specious and clean. Only thing I would say is, if you use all the 3 showers at the same time the hot water can be a bit of a problem on cold days. Give a 10 min break between using the showers, and it would be fine. The suburban neighbor hood is very quiet and beautiful. Check in and check out was super easy. Host Zahil is very nice and friendly person, proactive and clear with all the check in/check out instructions. He was very quick to respond to all our messages at anytime. There are grocery stores, and many food places nearby. I would highly recommend this place.

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb and would definitely book again. Tiona was very responsive and the place looked better than in the photos. The beds were comfy, the dining area was cute and having multiple parking spots was great.

The stay, and the host was a 10 out of 10 professional, hospitable, accommodating, and sincere. I would recommend this host and anticipate staying with him again.

Aaron's place was a perfect little cottage for a weekend away. Aaron provided easy instructions to get in and it was easy to navigate even in the dark. The cottage was clean, neat and bigger than we expected. The extra double sink area is great, especially with girls. The area is very quiet and very close to anything you may need. We would stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommend.

Ivy's place was truly a hidden gem. It exceeded the description. The back garden is unbelievable. We loved relaxing in the hammock and outdoor furniture and listening to the birds. It was so beautiful and well designed. SO MANY FLOWERS. I'd stay there again just to experience that garden. Another thing not mentioned is that one of the beds has an adjustable frame. Very much appreciated! And the couch was a recliner. We were always able to park right in front of the house. It's close to 40th Street, with tons of restaurants and the Acme. The street was well lit. It was close to the subway, which was convenient. Go Phillies!

Great 3 night stay. Perfect for traveling with dogs. The fenced back yard is amazing. Very well stocked kitchen if you plan to eat in. Very clean and well maintained property.

Me and a few friends stayed here for the weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. We were going to the parade in Philly and needed a place to stay in close proximity. The house was nice and the host is very accommodating and responsive.

I thoroughly enjoyed Rodolfho and Juli's place. It was cozy, clean & well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the large walk-in closet was an extra plus. I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived that Rodolfho & Juli not only provided me a small gift basket of goodies, they left me a beautiful hand-written note to welcome me. They were so easy to communicate with and responded to any question or request very quickly. I really liked the area they live in. It was peaceful and their backyard was very relaxing. Most of all, I was impressed by how genuinely nice and decent they are. I would heartily recommend their suite to anyone looking for a comfortable place for a very fair price. Five (5) stars!

Impeccably clean and well-appointed. Perfect for our trip to visit family close by. Close to churches, food, and shopping — whatever you need. Great neighborhood to walk and enjoy the area.

We really loved this air b and b… Communication was excellent with the owners and information was clear. Check in was easy. The space itself is really great. There is a massive window as seen in the pictures that is remarkable and lets in amazing light. We had plenty of room and the rooms were well appointed. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom and bath were clean and spacious. The location was good for us as we were in town for a graduation. We would come back and stay here in a heart beat!

Great accomodations with plenty of room for our family over a wedding weekend. Everything was well appointed and Ward was an extremely helpful and responsive host! Highly recommend!

The house was very spacious, well stocked kitchen, huge bedroom. There were plenty snacks provided in the kitchen. The location is a nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy entrance into the house with a dedicated parking spot. As instructed, don’t follow your gps, use the provided instructions. Would definitely book the house again in the future.

We used Drew's home for our daughter's wedding weekend home away from home and it was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The backyard space was gorgeous for taking photos and relaxing pre and post events. And we had space for the girls to get ready in comfort. The kitchen was well appointed and the layout was super helpful for feeding the wedding party while they got ready. The fireplace was an extra nice touch as was the wine fridge and fire pit outside. We are so thankful for this rental as we were in from out of town and needed a space just like this to make my daughter's day extra special. As a host, Drew was very responsive and prompt when answering our questions. We will definately come back when in the area again.

We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation from nearby Villanova University. We have a large immediate family and this home offered us a place to gather and stay with much more comfort and value than individual hotel rooms. The house was spotless, private and had a large yard with plenty of parking for our 4 adult children joining us for the graduation weekend. Jess was extremely responsive before our arrival, and throughout our visit. The photos are accurate as well as the description of the property. 3 full bathrooms and comfy beds make this a hidden gem for a stay!

The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the roof. An unforgettable rooftop experience! We enjoyed the evening skyline, thanks to our host's setup with comfortable seating and mood lighting. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. This was the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided games for our little ones, making the stay even more memorable. I was impressed by the attention to detail! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. 5 Stars and WILL STAY AGAIN!

This home is absolutely stunning! It’s pristinely clean! The beds are girl memory foam (pillows too) Everything is contemporary, spacious, and immaculately cleaned. Highly recommend. Robin was amazingly responsive and two small things that popped up will be corrected for any future guests. 10-15 min walk to nearest subway station to get to the sports arenas/concerts or South St. she will take just as good of care of you as she did us! Great place for families or a group of friends!
