Waterfront holiday rentals in Yarra River

Handy place that’s perfect for a business trip. Close to free tram (just out the front door), quiet location, nice views, and easy access to CBD, restaurants, groceries, etc. It’s always nice to have some basic cooking and food supplies like salt, pepper, oil, sauces provided too.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Located in a peaceful and quiet area, it was the perfect place to relax. The free tram service right outside made it super easy to get around, and everything was so accessible. The apartment itself was beautiful, with lovely views and great amenities—it was definitely well worth the money. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

The apartment is ideal for two people. It came with a well equipped kitchen with initial basic essentials provided (tea, coffee, etc) - ideal after a long journey. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. In addition there is a washer and dryer available - no need to take as many clothes next time. We hired a car, so a parking space was essential, and was provided in the basement. Fantastic location on the promenade with additional beaches located to the east of St. Kilda. Easy access to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest tram stops are within 300m of the property giving easy access to the city. The trams are regular and we didn't see any delays or cancellations. If we ever return to Melbourne, we would definitely check on its availability. Thanks Jen Regards John

Nice, clean, quiet condo close to the waterfront. There is only one set of keys, which is something to consider if you are traveling with people that may want to come and go on different schedules.

After a long journey from Ireland it was a joy to find Cathy & Steve’s lovely apartment waiting. It’s an amazing space in a perfect location. Everything is sparkling, bed is comfy and it’s amazingly quiet given it’s so close to all the cool places. Hope to be back!

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Very clean and spacious place in the perfect location, right near the water and Bellarine coastal walking track. The sunrises and sunets here are magnificent and can be seen unobstructed right from the living area! The house has everything you need and a spacious front and back yard for the kids and dog to run around and play - perfect for a family getaway. Amy made us feel right at home with timely communication. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend this place for a peaceful weekend with the family.

Such a delightful stay at Libby and Damian's place. Sitting on the couch by the fire and looking out to the fields was perfect for a weekend away, and with some complimentary bubbles was just the cherry on top. The place had everything we needed and was pristine, with clear instructions on how to use everything. We loved the local recommendations and are so grateful for the offer of a late checkout when the cleaners were going to be later to arrive. Would be comfortable for a family or larger group and wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Thanks Libby and Damian!

Beautiful home and property. Loved the breakfast basket provided. We enjoyed having a few kangaroos hanging around the home. I would have liked an area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The outdoor seating area is hidden at the back of the house. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Kelvis place was fantastic!! Perfect location, great communication and was made life so easy!! Definitely value for money!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Very clean and tidy, great place to stay with good gym and pool facilities.
