Acceso directo a la playa desde la terraza. Chimenea. Cocina reformada y bien equipada, 3 habitaciones dobles y un ático con cama doble. Todos los colchones son nuevos. 2 baño y 1 aseo. Beachfront apartment, 28km to Valencia. 10km to Aquopolis. Just below there is a children's playground and restaurants on the promenade (during the season). There are go-kart tracks nearby as well as the bus stop that takes you to Sueca and Perelló, where you can catch another bus to Valencia. A large supermarket is a 2km drive away, in El Perelló. There is also a Yacht Club that offers activities such as jet ski rental, surf board or paddle surf lessons.

Beautiful studio on the beachfront, a fourth floor; 20 minutes from Valencia, with good bus connection and a 3-minute walk from El Perelló, where you will find all the amenities: supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, etc. Fully equipped, as it is our home in summer, for a quiet stay facing the sea and enjoying the sunrise, next to the Albufera Natural Park. FLEXIBLE check-in! It doesn't have to be at 3 pm, it can be at the time that best suits you ;-)

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The house is so stunning, actually looks better than the photos with fantastic views from every angle. There are lots of outdoor spaces both sunny and shaded. Great air conditioning too. We had the pool to ourselves every day we went down to it and at various times of day, although we went in the last week of May when the resort was quiet. You can walk to the beach and supermarket but a car is easier. Local beach was stunning. Beautiful sandy coasts, and quiet in May. Lovely cocktail bar within walking distance on the beach with snacks. Just a note there are a lot of steps both in the house and down to the pool. But absolutely worth it for the views from the pool which is huge, and the views from all around the villa. Wilfred was amazing with communication, showed us around the villa and was very fast to reply to texts. Recommend this beautiful local hidden restaurant along the river , and said to go at sunset time. Was amazing, the whole trip was beautiful thank you so much!

We had a great stay in this apartment located two minutes' walk from the sea, ideally located close to all amenities. The apartment was clean, well laid out and above all very functional, with air conditioning in all rooms – a real plus for comfort. The owners were lovely: they allowed us to arrive very late without any extra charge and even let us leave at noon, which allowed us to take our time. A great experience that I would recommend without hesitation!

I recommend it with a clear heart!!! The friendly hostess met us at 10.30 pm, showed us everything and told us everything. The apartment is clean, the bed is impeccably white, the towels are white and fluffy. The kitchen has everything - appliances, dishes, towels. Shower packed - gels, shampoos, hair conditioner, hair dryer. The little one ran around, the master vacuum cleaner, always clean without any effort. The beach is 2 minutes away. Shops, coffee shops, fruit and meat shops, restaurants are everywhere. The supermarket is 5 minutes away, and there is a bus stop next to it. The bus goes directly to the center of Valencia. Everything is just perfect!!!

great stay on every level. The host, Amparo was very nice and caring. The apartment is very clean and well designed. Access to Valencia is easy by train from Sueca. Thank you so much for everything!
