Villa holiday rentals in Xirivella

We stayed at Didier and his wife's house for a week and we enjoyed it very much! He is very interested in everything being as nice and clean as possible and is very accommodating. We had a great time and were even allowed to stay a little longer on the last day, so we didn't have to travel with our luggage all day. Thank you again for this! We would definitely recommend the accommodation!

Our stay in this house was great. The jewel of the property is undoubtedly the pool, with the heat it is making inviting you to relax. They provide towels for it. The house was impeccable and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. I would recommend this house to family or friends. It fits up to 9 people comfortably, 4 bathrooms with shower. We would definitely come back!

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a clear explanation of the house and its facilities. During our stay, we were always able to ask questions – they responded quickly and neatly. The area is wonderfully quiet, perfect for really unwinding. The villa itself was great: clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. The large private swimming pool was an absolute highlight – we enjoyed it to the fullest. In short: it was more than amazing. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, tranquility and luxury!

We had a very good time in the villa. There was more than enough space and everything you could ask for in the house. Andrea and Christine were super responsive and were able to help us find the appropriate return travel opportunity, among other things. The villa is on a hill, but in a few minutes you are in the supermarket or at a bus station to Valencia. We used the bus 3x in 7 days, as you are brought to the center for €3.30 without a change. Just a little time to bring 😁 Overall I would only recommend to everyone to become a guest of the beautiful house of Andrea and Christine.

We were a group of friends, and the truth is that we felt at home. The stay was unbeatable. It had everything we needed so that we lacked nothing, and Alba was super kind, and very attentive so that we lacked nothing. The truth is that I would repeat a thousand times more. A highly recommended accommodation, the truth.

The house was wonderful. The bedrooms were arranged in a way that gave everyone a lot of privacy even though our group was fairly large, and the kitchen and common areas had space for people to gather and hang out. We enjoyed being so close to the beach, and the pool was a perfect temperature and very clean. The only problems were minor: there was an issue with one of the pool lights which a technician tried unsuccessfully to fix, but it did not prevent us from swimming. And we also briefly had a problem with some of the air conditioning units, but Guestready sent a technician that day and he fixed them.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely home. I can't recommend it highly enough! Mayte went above and beyond to provide excellent recommendations, making our whole family feel right at home. The house is ideally located, with easy walking access to the town's fantastic restaurants and activities. It was a perfect base for exploring the area and enjoying everything the town has to offer.

The house is spectacular, the photos do not do it justice. It's much better than the ad. The outdoor area is very nice. You have two areas where you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner with views of the pool to keep an eye on the children. The interior of the house is huge, with air conditioning in all rooms and almost all rooms with a private bathroom. The kitchen is spacious with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, COMPLETE kitchenware, and many small appliances. The complimentary beers, wine and water seemed like a nice touch from Alexandra. The only thing I mentioned that we would improve is the refrigerator, which for 20 people on a weekend was too small to cool all the drinks. A fridge to cool the drink in summer as a complementary would be perfect. I have no doubt that we will return!! Thank you very much Alexandra for everything.

The space is a Spectacular Place perfect for spiritual retreats. Deva has been at all times wanting everything to go out magnificent, helping when needed and leaving us freedom to use her wonderful facilities. You can see the care, delicacy and taste in every corner of the place. We will definitely repeat. Thank you for participating in that this weekend of retreat was so special, we won't forget the 12 we were there!

We enjoyed our time at the villa. The property matches the pictures and it's suitable to stay indoors or outdoors with larger groups of people (we were 16). Ana was helpful with the organization and replied fast to our questions. It is necessary to have a rental cars, as we had problems to get taxis. Overall the place was clean and well equipped, everything functional in the houses (kitchens, bbq, laundry room). We would stay again!

We cannot recommend this villa high enough. This was by far the best experience we have had on Airbnb. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, Pura was the perfect host. When we arrived she took us round her house and explained everything. She had lots of time for us and it was clear she worked hard to make our stay perfect. She remained close by if there was any issues (there wasn't) and we got a chance to say goodbye at the end. The villa itself was lovely with lots of space to eat, drink and relax. Everything that the villa had was excellent and the pool was a really cool space to relax in and around. In terms of location, there are a few supermarkets close by and it's well connected being only 10-15 minutes drive from La Canyada or La Valessa where there are direct metro links into the city of Valencia. We stayed for 10 days and only wish we could have stayed longer. The best experience we've ever had.

Magical place which I completely recommend. We were looking for a getaway close to Valencia but were blown away by the natural beauty of the area, on the edge of a natural park. There is plenty of space and beautiful pool and views. It is very quiet and peaceful and you are surrounded by pine trees. The village of Olocau is friendly with a lovely bakery and bars to buy drinks and ice creams. You do need a car to get to supermarkets and the walk back to the village is up a steep hill but we managed no problem. If you don't mind driving, reaching Valencia is very do-able for day trips. We were very lucky to coincide with a historical festival celebrating Olocau's Iberian history. There is a small, interesting museum in a beautiful building and you can walk up to an archeological site. The museum will provide a free guided tour if you just ask. Marion always responded quickly and was a warm and helpful host. We would love to return.
