House holiday rentals in Xenia

What a great stay! The hot tub was one of the nicer ones that I have seen at rental properties ... it was large and in great shape. It was also hot when we arrived. There were plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub. The place is also very close to Kings Island (less than ten minutes). We also really liked that there were two separate areas for a fire (fire pit and a chimney stove). We did not use the extra gaming space shed, but it looked like it would be great for kids.

Would 100% recommend this house and will probably stay here again when visiting family! The hosts were great about reaching out before we arrived and even hand delivered a note to the house thanking us for staying and congratulating my brother and sister in law on their baby! House was perfect for what we needed, looked just like the photos and met and exceeded all of our expectations! Can’t wait to come back!

Very beautiful home with plenty of space. The outdoor heated pool was a big hit and my family had so much fun! I would definitely recommend this place.

Inviting and Relaxing Our stay at Teresa's home in Enon was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable, great location, room for our car and trailer on the driveway and the wonderful fenced in backyard for our poochie. The Amenities that were listed on the site were easily found and her home had all the comforts of home! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Cedarville and there was a lot of running to do and this house was very centrally located so it made accomplishing all of our errands and graduation an easy task. If any question arose, Teresa was very quick to respond and even reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. As my son now lives in the area, we will hopefully be returning soon! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay for a few days, the garage was close by and the home was easy to access. The pictures around the home were very cool! Make sure to open blinds and turn on lights, it cal get dark!

House is very well appointed. Clean house with great information in the house to make for a great stay. Host was very accommodating and checked in often to make for an excellent stay. Highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay in Katherine’s house. Katherine and Barb were very accessible and proactive. It was just as described and very well laid out. The kitchen living room space was perfect to hang out in and visit with each other. It was well stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need. The outdoor space is truly an oasis! I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. We would definitely stay there again if we are back in the area!

This is an older home that has been beautifully remodeled. The furnishings were all new. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of essentials: linens, personal hygiene items, etc. The kitchen was well furnished with all the necessary cooking utensils. Also had a nicely fenced yard and a furnished porch. Lots of room.

The place was perfect! We were in Ohio to bike the Little Miami bike trail. This place was perfect as it close to the trail. The place was clean and very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the host was responsive and communicated well! I’d stay again and highly recommend!

Carla’s house was great from the adorable decor to the very nice, adjustable beds to the comfortable recliners and giant tv to the nice touches of dvds/books/puzzles that were available. Location was close to everywhere we planned to visit. There was some street noise sometimes. And a nearby train that might bother some; but, I enjoyed the train sound. Carla and her husband were very quick to respond when we had questions. You could tell that they put a lot of care and attention into their home. We would definitely recommend booking this home. So many good things to say about our stay. Great location. Very clean. Loved the fenced in yard, made it feel very private. All the extras (fully stocked pantry, the coffee bar, all the bathroom toiletries you could need) really took it over the top.

This was our second year at the beautiful house. There is plenty of room for a large group of of people (9 of us). I love how quiet it is here. You are in the middle of the woods. The zip line was a blast. I weigh 300 lbs and I have no issues with riding it. The propane grill was used every night as well as the dishwasher. The price was cheaper than 4 hotel rooms. Plus we were able to make our own food rather than eating out. This house is well worth the price if you have a large group of people. We will be back again next year.

Beautiful lovely place. We stayed a few months and we fell in love with the house and the town. It was hard to leave because it felt like home. Will be missed. Definitely highly recommended!!!!!

The Market Manor was beautiful but, the pictures do not depict the true beauty of this wonderful home. It is a beautiful hand crafted historic home that has been tastefully updated with modern amenities throughout while preserving the beauty of old world craftsmanship throughout. It is beautiful both inside and out in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that reminds you of a simpler time in life. Its a wonderful home that is as comfortable as it is beautiful. Nice touches included coffee and welcome cookies and card. Kasey is a wonderful host who was responsive to any question or concern we had. My friends and I were will book again. Highly recommend !

We had a wonderful stay at the Nightingale House in Cedarville from May 30 to June 2. The home is simply beautiful—charming, clean, and full of character. Every detail was thoughtfully put together to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is peaceful and perfect for a quiet getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely return!

We felt right at home. Very comfortable beds. Great price for the location. Near everything you might need. Kandi had great communication. We always worry about overwhelming scents to the towels or sheets but they use free and clear detergent so it was not a problem at all. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Overall a very comfortable and homey stay!

It was a pleasure staying at Tamara’s. The place was clean, well laid out, and had everything you needed plus some. She also offered to bring us a new crib when she found out we had our baby with us. Will definitely be my Go-To when coming back home to visit family

AWESOME! From the extended check-in & Check-out times they give., to the awesome surroundings, the ponds, and the zip line! OUR kids were in heaven. They wish Mamaw & Papaw could buy this place. We all had room to sleep comfortably. Most any & everything you need in the kitchen - just bring your food! Always responsive to my questions and any concerns. THE laundry room is awesome -- yes i love that word. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We have stayed here multiple times and always have a great visit. Wendy and Chris are right on site and very helpful with suggestions or if issues arise. Beds very comfortable. Love the addition of the TV in the master. Kitchen has everything you need. Looking forward to our next trip!

The house was exactly what my family needed and more. The basement was the best part for my grandkids and the backyard was so cute and had so much room for the kids to play. we didn't get to use firepit or grill but we plan on it next time for sure. we will be returning more in the future. best place for a family to stay and so accommodating for your needs. Came up from Virginia for a weekend conference and needed a place for 7 people to stay. The house was clean and had enough space for us to be able to spread out. It also had a very nice game room in the basement along with a bathroom and bedroom.

We loved our stay! It’s the perfect place to get away and have some peace and quiet! We enjoyed the privacy of the location but also that it was only 15min away from lots of great restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to relax and get away!
