Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Wuppertal

A really great place to stay in a very quiet location. Perfect for unplugging and coming down from everyday life! The apartment was very clean and in a very well maintained condition. We will be happy to come back !

We felt completely comfortable in Uta's cottage! The communication with Uta was great. The accommodation is super quiet on the edge of the village - perfect for really switching off. Inside, everything you need is there: a small, well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa with TV - everything to make you feel at home. Beautiful walking paths start right outside the door. Our highlight was the completely fenced (dog-proof!) garden. There, our furry friend could run around freely, play or doze in the grass. Everything was there for the dog (dog blanket for the sofa, food/water bar, garden hose and towels). From the terrace, you have a great view of the countryside - ideal for letting your thoughts wander or enjoying the sunset. In short: For us, the perfect accommodation to relax and simply unwind - far away from the hustle and bustle, neighbors and everyday stress.

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

It is a nice apartment with beautiful views. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the apartment has everything we need for our 3-day stay. Magnus is very helpful and always responds immediately to our questions. I can really recommend the apartment to everyone!

Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace with a view of the garden. The residential area is very quiet, and you have to go somewhere else to eat. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

Thank you very much, we will definitely come back. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ What we liked was:::: - Communication was super fast and uncomplicated, as well as check-in and check-out. - The apartment is as shown in the photos, large and well equipped. - The location is great☺️. - Free parking 50m away from the apartment :: also super good. - Restaurant, café and pharmacy 2 minutes' walk away. - Cable car to Schloss Burg 5 minutes' walk and definitely recommended.

Excellent stay, very comfortable apartment

The place was modern and clean. The host was super responsive and nice. He helped us find a free parking lot. The space was homey. The toilet got clogged and overflowed but the host was on top of it and send someone to fix it right away. Would go there again.

We liked the stay at Peter's in Marl very much, even if it was only for one night. Nevertheless, the apartment was very clean and our dog was also thought of. We got a blanket for the couch and a dog basket and bowls were also there, which we really liked. If we are in the area again, we will gladly come back to Peter and his wife.

This time our big one stayed with friends and again everything was great! Frank and his wife are friendly, helpful and everything is clean. Thanks, we'll be happy to come back! Maybe next year for Gamescom 🤗☀️

We spent 6 nights in this wonderful cottage! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: it has everything you need and more. Perfect cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, and a quiet, green location. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Although it was a work trip, thanks to such a comfortable stay, it felt like a real vacation. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Beautiful house for an unforgettable weekend away with our friend group. It was our own private castle! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and kitchen and bathrooms were large, clean and well equipped. We were greeted very friendly by the house’s caretaker and contact during and after our stay was very pleasant and friendly. Two small remarks: some of the rooms didn’t have curtains or blinds to block out daylight, and in some rooms the light switches were not working properly or confusing to use. But those are just minor issues because we had an amazing time in the villa. Thank you!

I felt very comfortable in the beautiful house. Everything was wonderful, as described. Maike and her husband/partner were always approachable and very nice and friendly. The house has a fantastic garden to relax in.

If you like something different, yet with all the required amenities, this is the place for you. Situated in innercourt place, the apartment is huge and spacious. It has all the equipment you can think of and a large sauna in one of the bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but with all the required grocery shops and restaurants in little walking distance. It is also just 30 minutes walk through a park to the old city of Dusseldorf. The host Daniel was very flexible and provided all the needed information well in advance, so that we had no trouble finding and opening the apartment. Beds were great, both large and comfortable. Also, the little terrace outside the main living room was very nice, as it is secluded and we were lucky to have a warm Dusseldorf evening.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The space was clean, well appointed, and was as described. Communication with the host was always friendly. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you!

Located on the edge of the forest, with a large lounge with a fireplace and views of ponds, meadows and forest, the Forest Lodge was an ideal place for us - 5 people with a dog - an ideal place for a reunion over the turn of the year. A nice place for a few days in quiet surroundings that invites you to walks, chats by the fireplace, reading at one of the large windows, cooking and eating together. Sincere thanks for the well thought out hospitality!

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.

The villa was gorgeous. We had a business meeting and were really pleased. Everything was well thought out. Nikita helped with everything. A very luxurious villa where you can host many guests.
