Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

We liked it very much at Ayhan's cozy little rear house. There is more than enough space for two people. Everything is lovingly furnished and also practical. Ayhan was very accommodating to us in our planning when we had to change the dates a few times. At some point, he no longer felt like answering ;-), but we could understand this well, because it really got a bit complicated. In the end, however, everything was good and worked out. So thank you very much for the flexibility! The connection with public transport was also great. In any case, we felt very comfortable. Wuppertal and Ayhan's Hinterhaus are worth a trip!
