Absolutely lovely apartment in a gorgeous location. Anja's family are lovely and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is at the top of a steep road - walkable, but it's a shock to the system the first time - and Overath is a pleasant journey by rail or bus to Cologne, Bonn and the rest of the local area. It's very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is small but very well-appointed. We had a wonderful.time.

I had a pleasant stay. Great locations and surroundings. Host is very proactive and responsive. He had also recommended us list of attractions and activities which we can do in surrounding areas. Having built in breakfast and outer garden with sauna was a delight. I could not get the chance to explore but would definitely explore it in my next visit. Overall, would recommend everyone to experience if you are planning to visit Duisburg.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this exceptional Airbnb home! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The warm welcome and the uncomplicated check-in and check-out immediately made us feel comfortable. The cleanliness was spotless, which was particularly important to us as allergy sufferers. We had no problems with dust or other allergens, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The wellness area was an absolute highlight! Sauna, steam sauna and hot tub offered pure relaxation and recreation. The gaming area with the big screen was a dream come true for every gamer and provided plenty of fun. The terrace area also invited you to linger and offered a nice way to unwind. Special praise is given to the dog friendliness of the accommodation. Our four-legged friend was spoiled with their own ball pool. It's great to see that the needs of pets are also thought of.

We needed a shelter for 3 days to stay during a trade fair near Düsseldorf. We did not have very high standards, but were totally thrilled with what the apartment offers (kitchen with microwave, knives, space, bathroom with towels) and how nicely it is furnished. the small box with Tesafilm and scissors was also great! The landlords are super friendly and were able to find a solution for our arrival outside the check-in time. We would come back.

Sylvian was a great host—very helpful, with excellent communication. The apartment was spotless and located right in the heart of Hattingen’s old town. A large supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. We’d love to go back one day.

I am often in Duisburg for work and am very happy to have finally found a great place to stay that I can look forward to next time! Adrian is a great, accommodating host. The accommodation is very clean and above average well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bedroom even has fitness and mobility equipment. I can only recommend a visit here!!

We had such a lovely time at Peter and Anne’s place! The apartment was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully prepared—perfect for both relaxing and working remotely. We were three people, and each of us had a comfortable bed to sleep in. We worked from the apartment during the day and spent our free time exploring the beautiful area on foot. We recommend car travel, but the bus station is just across the street. Everything was within walking distance, and the neighborhood had such a peaceful and charming vibe—and ducks! Anne was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. On our first day — which happened to be the start of the Cologne Carnival — Peter and Anne even picked us up from the train station. We weren’t prepared for the crowds and are genuinely thankful for their help. We highly recommend staying here if you plan to travel around this area. I have stayed in many Airbnb in Koln in the past 10 Years. This is by far the best for the location, and young family with one kid, or business travelers that want to have a great home in Koln! Thank you!

We really liked it at the Kunsthaus. The apartment is totally cozy and the garden is super romantic and tranquil. Gabriela was very nice and accommodating and gave us good recommendations for the area. The direct path into the forest from the house is especially great for dog owners.

Everything was as described. Jan was very friendly and always responded very quickly to messages. The location was perfect for a stay in Cologne.

Our stay was very nice. The accommodation is as shown in the pictures. The apartment was very clean and in pristine condition. Another plus was of course the pool and sauna. Umut was always available, immediately helpful and an absolutely perfect host. Communication was always without problems and no questions or requests remained unanswered. I would stay there again at any time. ☺️

We spent New Year's Eve in the Stranzenburg in a small group. Really a beautiful unique house with charm! Ursula was a great host who even greeted us with a cake. If you have any questions, we were always able to reach out and received a quick response. We were all very comfortable.

Everythinng worked fine for a two - month stay.. Fully equipped both in kitchen and furniture - wise. Nice and safe neighbourhood. Elena was easy to get hold of .

We were with a group in the accommodation and had a very nice weekend. The house is cozy and very nicely located, it is quiet and invites you to relax or go for a walk. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were cozy. The rooms upstairs are partly connecting rooms. The garden with lake, sauna and hot tub were our highlight. It's very idyllic. Communication was easy and friendly. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend the place.
