Another fantastic stay at Byron Woolcombe. A beautiful setting for a home away from home in these gorgeous apartments. The apartment has everything you need and is spotless throughout. There is plenty to do in Woolacombe and surrounding areas, however Byron also has a swimming pool, gym and pool table for those rainy days. The staff at Byron are friendly, helpful and really make you feel welcome. I couldn’t recommend Byron enough. A truly special place…

Staying at Walnut Garden was a convenient and comfortable experience. The accommodation was well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and the shared kitchen was clean, spacious, and excellent for daily use. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay.

Lovely stay. The instructions on how to get to the flat and check in etc were spot on. The walk to the beach is minutes, which is fantastic. Even though we stayed in Feb half term we were lucky with some breaks in the weather, so were able to enjoy the beach. My kids enjoyed running into the freezing sea! The flat is very clean and comfy. It’s a great base for everything that the local area has to offer. We used the swimming pool twice. It was easy to book this - I did so in advance and time slots were pretty full. We enjoyed taking a trip over Croyde and having lunch and a beer at The Thatch which is a north Devon must! Thank you for having us.

Lovely spot, minutes from the sea. Great walks accessible from the apartment. Nice kitchen and welcome treats from host. Overall a very good jumping off point to visit woolacombe and surrounding areas!

We had a fantastic week staying at this lovely Airbnb apartment in Woolacombe, Devon. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short stroll to the beach and right on the doorstep of some stunning coastal walks with breathtaking views. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was the perfect base to explore the area. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We’d definitely love to return and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape!

Location is perfect, literally 4 minutes to the beach. Great to have allocated parking and a pool, that was a real bonus. Apartment was spacious clean and peaceful and communication with the host was prompt and friendly

Really enjoyed our stay at The Sugar Loaf. Beautiful place, well presented and lovley and clean. The fresh eggs and personalised note were a beautiful touch too and was so appreciated. Beth was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back.

Really great place for a vacation, either a short or a longer break. Stunning place and very well cared for, with really comfortable and spacious accommodation, and nice common areas, especially for families. Very peaceful. The pool/jacuzzi/sauna are great, although a bit busy at times (as expected). Nice bar/play room with games for when the weather is not so great. Shame that the restaurant was closed for renovations at the time, but that was expected as it was mentioned in the listing. Area around is served by plenty and really nice, traditional pubs with good food and drink. Great experience, overall!

Wonderful apartment (bigger than expected from the photos), in a fantastic location! Great communication from point of booking, and right through to our entire stay. Will definitely visit again!

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

Well located apartment, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Use of a pool and gym throughout our stay. Clean and tidy and everything in working order. Thoughtful gift basket of goodies on arrival. Would highly recommend.

Very clean, and spacious. The location was perfect for us and we loved the swimming and games room. The staff was also really helpful whenever we needed anything.

Very responsive and welcoming hosts. Accommodation was ideal for a 3night stay in a lovely peaceful location with stunning walks from the door. We hope to return :-)

Wow Gratton House was amazing. Stunning views of the countryside and a fantastic place to stay all in one. The property itself is very impressive, comfy, and very large. The kitchen was kitted out with everything we needed with more than enough space. The hosts were on hand with all the information we needed. I’d recommend Gratton House to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

A huge thank you to Jonathan and Kate for an amazing stay, the Upper Arches was perfect for a week with the family. The place was just right for the 6 of us and a lovely, peaceful setting for my wife to work from. Very well decorated, clean, well equipped and a bonus was the gym, which was fully utilised for the entire week! Upon arrival we had a lovely hamper basket full of goodies and essentials to help get our stay off to a great start. A few days in and Kate brought over a delicious lemon drizzle cake she had baked for us, went down a treat with my parents and the kids. The views are beautiful, and great location to explore north Devon. Jonathan is an excellent host, very helpful, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this barn conversion, will be one we will return to for sure. Thank you

We had a wonderful time at this charming, historic property. It was comfortable and great for our family + dog. The pool was lovely, the grounds were beautiful, and the location was ideal. I highly recommend it!

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.

Thirteen of us travelled from all over the UK to celebrate my partner’s 40 th birthday ! The house is absolutely stunning as are the well maintained gardens . Swimming pool and sauna were just incredible . Beautiful towels provided as was all the bedding and great variety of room lay outs to accommodate a large and varied group. The Agga in the kitchen was great to cook on and a great source of heat as was the open log fire with lots of logs provided . Few nice touches on arrival were jam ,scone clotted cream and milk provided . Also great shower gel in each shower . Would highly recommend !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked the accommodation last minute and Jonathan and Kate were exceptionally accommodating. They got the house prepped for a really big group over night and were super friendly and helpful when we arrived. We had a lovely welcome hamper waiting for us and even received a homemade cake mid stay. The kids had an absolute ball exploring the grounds and the walks from the farm through the forest were really lovely. We highly recommend for a big group. The rooms were spacious and we’ve never slept in more comfy beds! Thanks for having us all! We loved it!

Alexander and Sam's place is a great base for exploring and enjoying all that North Devon has to offer. The property is clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It has all the mod cons (& more!) that you would need during your stay. Secure back garden for our dog and off road parking included. Alex and Sam are responsive hosts, with good communication throughout.... Would definitely return.
