Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Woodstock

Deb was wonderful! My wife and were staying for the weekend and Deb made us feel right at home. She was very personable, gave us total privacy, and had very clear instructions and even recommendations of all the wonderful areas to visit including Mills Market 1 mile down the road. Her price was beyond reasonable and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Andover area to stay here! The reviews don't lie, book it now!

What can I say, this place is truly amazing as well as Joao is an amazing host. This is my second time booking this place and I have no complaints. By the far the best air bnb I have stayed in. It checks all the boxes, every detail and every carefully thought out extra down to having smores and camp fire supplies to the grill supplies to the carefully placed throws in the living room. This place feels like your home while you’re there, tranquil and so safe. This place is better than pictured and is HUGE in person. Everyone I brought with me just kept repeating how much they loved the space and how it was perfect. Joao also personally went out of his way to refund half of my stay due to the fact of me having to leave early the first time I stayed for emergency reasons, I didn’t ask or request for a refund but he did it off his own choice, which he did not have to do. 10/10 experience all around the board. Anytime I’m in the area, I’ll be staying here ! Don’t double think it, just BOOK.

Everything was as described and more! With a wonderful location close to town, good privacy, and so much space inside with many commodities we wouldn’t even think of. Even our dog had a fun filled week with us. We hope to visit again, it’s just the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

This was an amazing place for a weekend away for two young families. The layout and size of the house was perfect and the location is beautiful. It’s close enough to Bethel and the Whites so there’s plenty to do (by car) all while being a very quiet and peaceful setting. George and Casey were incredible friendly and responsive hosts. We hope to stay here again and highly recommend.

This house was perfect for me and my guests! All 7 of us fit perfectly, It didn’t feel too overcrowded! We loved the beautiful view off the deck and the hot tub was an amazing touch! The house was very clean and had everything we could’ve needed. I loved how clear the instructions were for everything and how responsive the hosts are if you need anything!

Monica’s place was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. It was incredibly peaceful and spacious. We needed that space with 6 people. When a couple of small issues arose, Monica was quick to respond and communicate solutions. The location and views were amazing! The location was a perfect spot for driving to other parts of Maine or Vermont for the day. The town next to us, Bethel, had a convenient Walgreens and several great restaurants. We would recommend this host and location!

We had an absolutely amazing time here. We spent a lot of time cooking and sharing meals on the back porch that had a breathtaking view of the mountains and water. The movie theatre was such a fun addition to an already stunning home. I chose this place because of its beautiful scenery and interior so that I could propose to my girlfriend of 7 years. She said yes! I can’t thank Darryl enough for sharing such a beautiful home and fun experience. We would absolutely rent again!

Great stay for the low price, even though the home does feel a little old everything was great.

This was our 2nd time staying at a unit hosted by ace on this resort and we will definitely return again! You get that private feel of a home with all the benefits of a hotel, not to mention beautiful Mountain Views when you step right out the door! Great location, 15 mins from Conway and we drove 30 min the other direction for the Mount Washington tour drive and we still wish we could’ve stayed longer. Our dog was more than welcome for a small pet fee. Highly recommend!!

Right off the bat, Jason was incredibly flexible and accommodating. Kurt was very responsive and made us feel at home. Both always warm and friendly. This gorgeous carriage house is completely stocked with everything you need. From your cooking pans and condiments, to linens and toiletries. Sitting on the back deck and taking in the beautiful views was our favorite part. We are very grateful to both Jason and Kurt for sharing their wonderful carriage house with our family. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was so clean, quiet and peaceful. Secluded but so much to do in a short area. Can’t say enough good things. Will be coming back.

My first visit to NH & fell in love with the weather. Cute little upstairs home & perfect location which we didn’t have to travel far for Berlin’s HS graduation. Weather was awesome, we used ceiling fans & had doors open while watching a movie in comfortable living room, washer/dryer was convenient. Thanks so much!

Loved the studio! So many nice amenities. Sitting on the deck by the water was our favorite!

I had a great stay at Michael's apartment/condo. The unit was extremely clean, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. It has more than everything you'd need to cook for yourself. And, the view is pretty fantastic, too--it looks right across the valley to Sunday River and up towards Old Speck and the Grafton Notch area. I'd not hesitate to stay again.

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Great place to stay for a weekend; the apartment was very clean and had many useful and thoughtful items in it (e.g. pots and pans, a coffee maker, extra toilet paper, dish/cleaning supplies, a hairdryer etc). We also appreciated that there were helpful little labels around the house and apartment for important light switches, the AC control vs the heat thermostat control, the hallway light, and the garage trash and recycle cans. The only thing we couldn't find and needed was a fly swatter; it's the tail-end of black fly season up north and we had to swat about 30 large flies right after arrival. One thing to note; this apartment is pet friendly, which was wonderful, but it is up a steep set of un-carpeted stairs. Our large dog found them slippery and it took a few tries before he was able to go up and down them without being afraid.

Was a nice peaceful stay for the most part. The pools were nice to swim in although it seems not everyone seemed to want to follow the pool rules. Doesn't help that there were no lifeguards to ensure kids remained safe other than the parents. A few times I saw individuals in the pool water with either glass or an open drink in hand. Saw kids diving into the pool and even witnessed a few hurt themself. But other than that, the hot tub was so lovely to soak in. The arcade room was fun to play in. It was cool to see there was a lot to be able to do in the area for yourself. Definitely wish there was more to do in the area other than the classic tourists spots. A lot of beautiful spots to hike. We ended up checking out Diana's Bath and it was a gorgeous spot to watch cascading waterfalls or have a tiny dip. Would definitely check out this space again and maybe spend a few more days to truly appreciate the environment and mountains ^-^

We had a great time! The place was very clean, nicely maintained, and in a perfect location—just a short drive to local coffee shops and great restaurants. The surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful and made the whole trip feel relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

We had a great stay to celebrate our son’s 5th birthday at Storyland. The condo was comfortable and well organized with a great outdoor patio space. We had a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay here! We were up for a weekend to enjoy the snow and mountains and appreciated how close it was to everything we planned. We had a snow storm the second night and the grounds maintenance was perfect, we had no problem walking right out the door. We would recommend heading for a stay!

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.

Great stay at Stephanie’s place - super easy ski on and off location! Cozy and functional first floor unit. Kids loved having access to the outdoor pool!
