Great stay! The instructions to get into the place were super detailed and helpful! It’s in a great location, and definitely walkable to a lot of things especially the stadium. Super clean too!

Kyara was a very friendly and responsive host! Even before we arrived, she responded to our questions and inquiries. The space was very clean and inviting…and also safe and secure, which was important to our group of three senior ladies. Check in and check out were easy. Very few requests upon checkout, which was nice. Hand soap and dishwashing soap are provided, but guests may want to bring their own bath soap, laundry soap, and dryer sheets. Apparently, some folks like to bring their own supplies of these things due to allergies, and personal preferences. Air B & Bs are different in what they consider standard supplies. (Kyara did bring us soap and body wash when we requested it, which we appreciated!) We had an emergency while we were in town and Kyara was more than helpful in offering assistance to help us get it resolved. She is an excellent host and will make you feel quite welcome! We would recommend the Club Cozy to friends and would stay here again!

We had a great stay here for a wedding nearby. The location is an easy walk to the lake or to town for dinner. The place itself is well kept and clean.

This was perfect for our weekend stay on the outskirts of ATL. We felt private yet were only 5 minutes from almost anything we needed, like dining, coffee, etc. We took advantage of the spacious area with large kitchen and living room. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made the stay that much more peaceful for our family. The hosts were the best, with quick and flexible communication and directions. i’d give 10 stars for sure! Gregory was very responsive, friendly and helpful. He was able to let me check in a little earlier than my check in time. Place is perfect. It’s a brand new complex so there’s some areas that aren’t finished yet but the unit itself was perfect. washer & dryer worked well, both bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. everything was just perfect inside & out. parking is right outside which makes things easier when traveling with luggage’s and bags. no complaints over here. i’m definitely coming back!

This place was fantastic! I stayed here because I had a concert at Truist Park, and the location alone was amazing—it made getting to the venue a breeze. On top of that, the place was spotless, spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe in this location. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was so clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. My only small gripe is that there aren’t any TVs in the bedrooms. But honestly, everything else was amazing! I booked it the same day and was able to check in right away, which really highlights how quick and efficient the host is. Overall, I had a wonderful experience!

Everything you would want at a home and more! Maryland took in mind every detail while creating the perfect hosting spot. We needed nothing, everything needed was in the home! By far the best home we've stayed in and host! Super friendly and her place was super clean and quiet. Definitely a place worth booking of you're looking to get away and experience relaxation and all the amenities this place has to offer.

Stop thinking and just BOOK! Mario was literally the perfect host from the beginning. Easy instructions to get in. He was also very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect and lots of things to do that are close walking distance. And the view was beautiful!!! Def would book again when we come back to ATL.

As an Atlanta native, I booked this stay for a quick change of scenery and was very pleased with the experience. The check-in process was smooth and clearly outlined, with helpful photos to guide the way. The space matched the description and photos exactly. It was clean, quiet, and private overall, no complaints.

Veronica’s apartment was extremely clean, and located in a safe and quiet location. It’s an easy commute to downtown Decatur. We’d stay again.
