Kelly is an amazing host and the property is lovely. We had some issues but Kelly was hyper responsive with solutions and the property is just as nice as advertised (the pool is simply amazing). This was was a great home base to recharge and relax while we were in the area.

My partner and I stayed here for a week, Christopher was king enough to let us extend our stay a few more days. My fur babies loved the yard, so did I! Got to watch all kinds of different birds land in the yard. Really enjoyed sun soaking in the lanai. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Very close to many attractions. Swam with manatees and went boat charting, totally recommend if you’re in the area November -May. Overall a wonderful birthday/family reunion in my hometown. Thank you Christopher for accommodating my family! Would definitely stay again.

We’d definitely stay here again. It was a great place, wonderful outdoor space, great for fishing, pool, sand area and fire place! House seemed newly renovated, very clean, with no clutter and easy to enjoy. We stayed for 4 nights on a holiday weekend and still felt relaxed, and private. It’s also a perfect place if you have a boat, and for kids. Jennifer was responsive and great with communication. Thank you for the awesome stay!

We came into town for just a few days away from Ohio. It was a quick drive to manatees. Also very close to a great downtown area with restaurants and bars. The pool area was even better than we expected! Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. We loved our “Zen” time!

This place was 100% worth it to stay at. Clean, bright and like new. The golf cart was an added plus, to make getting to the pools and the supermarket really easy. I would be thrilled to come back ! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Nicholas place, it was very well fitted out with everything we needed, loved sitting in the back garden which was very peaceful. Clean great location, throughly recommend

I absolutely loved Jennifer’s place! The horses out back were so awesome and my kids were so excited. How unique that was! The location was great, very quiet area but just a short drive to whatever you need. We were in town to see my father who has recently been placed on hospice, so a not so great reason. But the home and awesome neiggghhhhbors 🐎 made it more comfortable for us. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was a perfect location for our stay in Inverness. Very convenient to the bike trail as well as other activities and attractions. The home was very clean and comfortable. We would love to stay here again in the future.

This was our second stay at Relaxing Retreat. We appreciated it even more the second time. As soon as you enter, a Florida vibe surrounds you and it's squeaky clean. Dana and Larry provide all the extras that make a stay super special..... like a welcome snack basket, all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you could ask for, a super clear and informative welcome binder and so much more. Amazing loved the stay plenty of blankets, temperature was cool for us after our flight, ice for water, shower was perfect, sheets smelled Amazing.

The most responsive hosts! Amazing home with everything you could need, we had our baby and felt so comfortable and not having to bring our own pack and play was a huge bonus! We would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

we was in town for work for a couple weeks Maggie and Robs place worked out perfectly for us it was very nice and clean and we enjoyed fishing after work in the evenings. Maggie was super nice and always returned my messages very quickly so I highly recommend them and their place.

We had a great time in Crystal River and would highly recommend staying here! Tina and Elijah were awesome hosts that made us feel welcomed before we even stepped inside. The space was awesome and comfortable for group of 3. It was also close to everything we had planned for our weekend getaway! You’ll have a stress free stay if you chose to stay here!

We really liked this place. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, there was a beautiful view, and it was very quiet. Laura was very friendly and always responded promptly. I highly recommend her place!

Lisa’s place was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay! The house had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, as well as a well equipped kitchen. The pool was a nice bonus too! We would definitely stay here again!

The place was spotless and very welcoming. The access to the river is right around the corner and the dock and patios were a welcome spot to spend down by the water. We definitely had an amazing weekend and would love to book again in the future.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the country house. Everything was clean and easy to find. I appreciated that all cleaning supplies , papertowels , toilet paper etcetera was on hand in the home.

Highly recommend. Super clean home, very responsive and provides clear detailed instructions from checking in to check out. The home was perfect place to stay, while visiting family in the villages. Will definitely rent again! 10/10!

Scott’s place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I could say was there was not a table to seat 4 people or a coffee table so meals/games called for a little creativity. The advantage of that was the home felt super open. I would definitely book here again. It was a wonderful stay.
