Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Winthrop

Corey’s place was perfect for our long Memorial Day weekend in Farmington! He was very responsive to messages. The house was clean and decorated with adorable Maine memorabilia. We would definitely stay at Corey’s again!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Emma's place. I came both times for a workshop and ceremony that took place in both Freeport and in Portland. Drives to Portland were the longest, and not too taking, and I chose to stay at Emma's place BECAUSE of the way the house holds me: the spaciousness, the attention to art and wisdom, the lighting and unfussy-yet-design-inspired furniture choices, the plant life, the textures and colors: all these things are soothing and welcoming. It was a pleasure to drive "home" exhausted, knowing what it feels like to open that back door.

Our stay was so relaxing. The house is very comfortable and we felt at home right away. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The sauna is absolutely magical and the lake was quiet and peaceful. Check in/out was a breeze. Perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend with zero stress.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! What a place. So many great things to do. We swam and fished in the lake, the kayaks and canoes were so much fun and at night we sat by the fire pit and played table hockey.The house had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly.

Denis has a really nice place and is very peaceful and quiet. Very well stocked with everything you would need. Only a short drive away to the town of Belfast, which had a beautiful waterfront trail to walk. There are very many local restaurants in town serving delicious seafood. Denis was very responsive to any questions you might have. Loved our stay!

Such a beautiful property! The river & waterfall are gorgeous! Would live to come back in summer to enjoy the outside. We visited in Jan for my sons wedding but would love to come back in warmer weather. The hone is so cozy and was very clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay. The location was ideal and everything we needed was supplied. The house was exactly as pictured and well stocked and very clean. Chelsey was very responsive to any questions and they also dropped off some very thoughtful sweet treats! Highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!

This apartment was so clean, well decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect. So close to downtown Wiscasset, Boothbay and Freeport. This was our 2nd stay and we will return. Kathleen is a great host!

Boo and Jonathan’s place is the definition of “the perfect air bnb”. This place truly felt like home - it was well designed, inviting, and charming. The small details (such as the delicious homemade pumpkin bread), the cozy blankets, fresh flowers and binder of local recommendations were all noticed and appreciated. We had the most wonderful stay - thank you!

Cute place! I enjoyed my stay. The hot tub was hot when I arrived, which I didn’t expect but highly appreciated!

This was our second stay with Emily in less than a month. Just as comfortable and convenient as the first time. We hope to book her space again for the holidays this year.

Our stay at The Bee Keepers Cottage was amazing. The property met our needs perfectly and it was super cute and cozy. The host was very responsive and communicative. And for any star gazers out there, the sky on a clear night is mesmerizing.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was perfectly clean and well appointed. Bob and Laura covered everything; thoughtful snacks, a comprehensive guest book, fully stocked kitchen and they even made umbrellas available. We were super comfortable and it was a great spot to base our Bristol adventures from!

Grace's place was perfect for a stop over night. It has every amenity we could need and while it was small, the space was organized super well and was comfortable to stay in.

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great stay at Stephanie’s place - super easy ski on and off location! Cozy and functional first floor unit. Kids loved having access to the outdoor pool!

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.
