The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

We received a very friendly welcome. We were immediately given a good tip for a short hike on the Edersee. The apartment was very clean and functionally furnished. We can recommend the accommodation and would like to come back if we want to stay in the Kellerwald-Edersee area.

A spacious and comfortable apartment. Nice and clean sanitary facilities. The view from the living room/balcony on the bruchhauser steine is beautiful. Cibele and Ralph are friendly and helpful, we had a nice stay here.

We were warmly welcomed by Kathrin upon arrival. She then showed us the apartment and explained a few things about heating. After the key handover, we were able to settle in peace. A parking space is available near the house. The apartment is beautiful, large, cozy and has exceptionally good facilities. It is located on a slope, about 50m from the main street of the village Elpe. The apartment offers a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. This is suitable for a maximum of two people. There are shutters on all windows. The kitchen offers everything needed for cooking - including salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea, sugar and filters for the machine. There is no dishwasher. But a sink! ;D CONCLUSION: We were absolutely thrilled with the hostess, the apartment and the value for money. Absolute tip for a quiet stay, near Winterberg!

This apartment was the absolute hit! From the first minute, we felt welcome and at home. Original, as in the photos, the apartment is very nicely furnished and equipped and exudes its charm! We didn't miss anything! Super good communication before and during the stay. Again and again!! :)

Nicole is very family-friendly! She provided additional games, etc. in the apartment for our children, due to the bad weather forecast! At checkout, Nicole was very flexible - we can only thank you for the great time!

The place was in a very quiet place as expected and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. The property is on a steep path (ski facility) that leads to other places where it also goes up and down. The host was really always very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our vacation there and can only recommend the accommodation.

A really cozy, beautifully furnished cottage, beautifully located and everything sparkling clean ✨👌🏼 Right outside the door, you can take a wonderful walk or enjoy the tranquility of the garden. We felt very comfortable!

The communication with Olga was excellent from the beginning. She responded within a very short time and answered any questions. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Everything was available and functional, which is described as available. The covered terrace invites you to relax, play board games or barbecue. Some hikes can be started from the apartment. A few meters away is a small supermarket where the fresh rolls taste excellent. The only drawback: The apartment is right on the "main road" which was partly a bit noisy in the morning. We would definitely visit again!

The stay was very nice! The property is ideal for larger groups / families. It should be noted that the house has house numbers 21 and 23. The key box is located at house number 23. The house is fully equipped. Recommended at all times.

We spent an extended weekend in this great house for 8 and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The equipment is more than extensive and we missed nothing. The house with its ambience and tasteful furnishings is truly unique. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. The accommodation, the host Uwe, the cleanliness and extensive amenities, where nothing is missing and above all the communication with Uwe was extremely courteous, helpful and exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect for us. Beautiful view, on foot you are in 10-15 min at the foot of the Ettelsberg (Seilbar), in 15 min. at shopping stores, 3 min. to the restaurant Vis a Vis Hütte, 3 min. to the chairlift for mountain biking, summer toboggan run and Co in about 10 min., to the brewery/barn 15 min. and to the center about 25-30 min. Perfect for us. The equipment is absolutely amazing, there is really nothing missing. We were allowed to enter much earlier and on the day of departure we enjoyed a relaxed check-out a little later. I can only recommend this accommodation and will gladly come back

We were already the second time at Seve as a guest, and will definitely come again. Beautiful apartment with sunny balcony and mountain views. Super nice area with many great hiking tours.

From booking to departure, everything was perfect. We were always super informed about everything. We had 3 great days. We were received super nicely with nice goodies that not only the kids were happy about. Such a host is worth its weight in gold!! Thank you very much. We certainly won't have been there the last time.

I was in Netphen on business. The communication was very straightforward and fast, the check in flexible and everything as described and even more :) The location is super quiet and private, very idyllic and beautiful. The mattress is really very soft, there is plenty of space and everything was spotless 👍🏼

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Grönebach! It had everything we needed and more — perfect for our family of three plus our two dogs. The apartment was clean and really well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with the Dorfpfad hiking trail right nearby — a fantastic path with beautiful scenery that we all enjoyed, including the dogs! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!
