Hello and welcome to the small but fine Sauerland nest! On cozy, well-divided 32 square meters you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. Approximately 3 km outside the center of Brilon, peace is guaranteed. There is a bus right outside the door - also to the Willingen ski resort, which is only 15 minutes away (18 minutes by bus). Winterberg can be reached by car in a good half hour. IMPORTANT: Please bring your own duvet covers (135 × 200), sheets (160 × 200) and towels!

Our approximately 62 square meter, modern furnished apartment (at about 600 meters above sea level), which was completely renovated in 2023, is located in a quiet residential area of Winterberg-Niedersfeld. The apartment offers fantastic views! Good starting point for activities such as hiking, cycling, mountain biking and skiing, cross-country skiing, but also water skiing on Lake Hillebachsee. In the immediate vicinity there is a bicycle hub with designated routes.

A quiet, yet modernly equipped vacation home /apartment. Small special features such as a ceiling fan, a gas stove, infrared heating in the bathroom, etc. are available. A great view of nature, surrounded by hiking trails and not far from beautiful Willingen, where party guests will also get their money's worth. A balcony and a terrace/front garden are available to enjoy the sunset. On the premises, lamps can be operated electrically with the remote control.

Nestled in nature and equipped with a breathtaking lake view, this apartment lets you escape from everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. If it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the hot season you can enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake. There are sun loungers, a sup and a kayak at your disposal.

So it is not only attractively furnished and decorated, but equipped with everything that is needed during a longer stay.

The apartment is newly renovated and has many loving details. The harmony between guest and host and the adequate handling of the environment is very important to me.
