Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Winterberg

The accommodation is extremely high quality. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. I would definitely recommend it. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

We spent some nice days at Klaus's place in Selkentrop. The accommodation is newly renovated, totally cozy, clean and is very quiet and close to nature – ideal for a small break with children. Especially great: the private playground right by the house. Everything was well equipped and child friendly (high chair, fall-out protection by the bed). Otherwise, everything was great and Klaus, who lives on the property with his family, was very friendly and easily accessible.

Beautifully located cabin in a quiet, small resort with direct access to hiking trails and a great view. The decor is really nice and the bathroom brand new and modern. Definitely a recommendation for a quiet short trip, even if the price is a bit high in my opinion.

Perfect for groups who want to spend a weekend together in peace. The house is equipped with everything you need and above all the garden with many seating areas and terraces is impressive. Ossi is a top host who had sent all the important information and tips in advance and answered questions immediately and easily.

This was an amazing place to stay. You feel at home with the first step that you take into this cute house. It is cozy, comfortable, and is stocked with anything you need for the first day you arrive. The Kitchen is equiped with all the necessary things, ready for a chef to cook for family or friends. We were with a large group including baby with Heleen and her husband and we loved the accommodation: spacious, sufficient toilets and bathrooms for the group size, lots of parking, opportunities to stay indoors and outdoors - we liked it very much!

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature, lots of sunlight. House is cozily decorated, you feel right at home. Anything you need is available. Extra effort was made for our small children (baby cot, high chair, stair gate). Close to beautiful hiking trails and only 5 to 10 min drive to other places in Winterberg for skiing/sledding. In the evening enjoyed a campfire and the sauna. Communication with the owners prior to our stay went very smoothly!

We felt very comfortable from the first minute. We were warmly welcomed. The apartment is beautiful, super clean and well maintained. We liked the quiet location very much. When we had a question about the fireplace (don't have one at home😀), Silvia supported us by phone. The beds are totally cozy. From the apartment it is not far to beautiful sights (Plästerlegge waterfall for example) and larger cities (Willingen, Winterberg for example) After an active, eventful day, we were happy to return to the quiet, cozy apartment. In the well-equipped kitchen, we quickly cooked together and then ended the day on the comfortable couch in front of the fireplace - with a glass of wine or a beer 😉 Fully deserved 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the great Steigerhaus and a perfect vacation in the middle of the beautiful mountains. ❤️ Many thanks and best regards from the Beckmann family We will be very here

Six of us (4 adults and 2 infants) spent a few days at Gisela's place. The apartment is very cozy and lovingly furnished. There were fresh eggs and a colorful garden bouquet to welcome you on the kitchen table. We felt very welcome and immediately at home. The quiet location was perfect for relaxing right away. Our children especially loved the animals (horses, cats). The surroundings also offer many opportunities to do something with children. We would come back any time! The house is perfectly located between many outdoor activities, which we enjoyed during our stay at their location. Our daughter was very pleased with the play set and toys, which were provided. We can most certainly recommend staying here.

Timo was super friendly and greeted me warmly right away. The apartment is modern, well maintained and sparkling clean. The quiet location was perfect for relaxing – highly recommended!

We felt really comfortable with Irina! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. You can tell someone is making an effort. The only small wish: one or two more mirrors would have been great. But otherwise really great we'd come back anytime!

We spent the Easter weekend with 6 people and a toddler. Manfred was extremely courteous and helpful. The place was incredibly beautiful, well equipped, very clean and also very lovingly furnished. Beautiful house and super furnished, kitchen has everything for cooking, enough blankets and pillows, games, books. Were 16 people and despite bad weather and a lot of time in the house there was enough room for everyone :) Fast very nice communication with Lilia!

Very friendly host! Beautiful and spacious house. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back with the large group. Everything is child- and dog-friendly, modern and bright. The only thing that could have been better would have been if our need for rooms had been asked in advance (we were guests in a very variable constellation: parents with up to three children, but also individuals). We thought that the booking amount would include ALL bedrooms. However, we could have easily booked additional rooms - spontaneously and on site. Thank you for the stay, dear Paul

It was really very nice and quiet! A well equipped kitchen and a great living room that invites you to spend a game night together. The house is very clean and is well lit. The terrace is very nice and the dogs were also able to let off steam!

Perfect home for us to cycle with some friends in the region in the region. Kitchen was well equipped, clean and large living room. Bedrooms were fine. Location is perfect and easily accessible. Instructions to get in were clear. You can sit there on the balcony and there is a large garage to store our bicycles. Definitely a note!

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and the open fireplace is really the best for spending the cold winter evenings. The ski slopes of Winterberg are just a few minutes away, but there are plenty of other things to do in the surrounding area. We simply loved it.
