Better than what the pictures describe , very cozy and host was kind and responsive , will stay again .

Apartment on the 3rd floor, clean, good for 4 people. Great location, in the center of the parks (Disney x Universal x Icon), very good condominium too, good structure, clean and organized, free parking with several spaces.

This location, condo, and amenities were great. Glorious was a wonderful host. I would recommend and would rent again!

GREAT place, we only stayed one night but will definitely be coming back in the future. It is walking distance from 7-eleven, Starbucks, and Lake Eola park with was perfect for what we needed. Host was super friendly and the place was clean, all in all we had a wonderful stay!

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

Brandon’s place was a great location for everything we wanted to do. It matches the description and photos. The terrace outside is a fabulous place to spend time and chill on an evening. Brandon is a fantastic host, responding to any queries promptly and always available if needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Highly recommend this Airbnb! We will be booking again for our next trip. Mark and Kim were fantastic hosts! Their home was perfect for our extended trio and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent communicators and made us feel so welcome! Location and neighborhood was perfect for nice walks and close to everything. The home was nicely designed and very clean!

This was my first ever stay in an airbnb and Zeus Royalty made it hard to top! The home is kept clean, the bed is cozy, and the area is filled with convince. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. I never felt worried about being in someone else’s space. Truly a home away from home. I will definitely be back to enjoy another stay!

Although I do not always take the time to write reviews as I should, this one is worth writing. This was a last minute booking as my previous booking in Orlando was found to be a scam and Frank helped out and made his place available on short notice wirth less than 24 hours until my arrival. This apartment was great, spacious, and comfortable and I would 100% come back and stay here as I am in Orlando very frequently. It is super close to Publix and many restaurants, Lake Eola, and less than 20 minutes drive to Universal and Disney. This is not a complaint as it is prevalent in many AirBnb's but make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as there was enough for just a couple of days and there is not any cleaning supplies to keep tidy but the Publix is just a few blocks away. Lastly, I actually lost my keys and the apartment FOB in Universal and Frank was so understandable. They were turned in to Lost and Found the next day so everything worked out. Stay here!

I would definitely recommend booking the space is so beautiful so clean it smelled great ! Very private ! Super nice hosts! Everything about it is amazing truly! Instantly fell in love with it

We had an amazing stay at Fonti’s place at Storey Lake in Kissimmee! Everything was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The home was perfect for our group, and the location couldn’t have been better. Communication with Fonti and the entire Fonti Vacation Home Staff was outstanding from start to finish. They were always responsive, helpful, and made sure we felt right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again. Patrick and Sara's place was perfect. It was exactly how it was described. Everything was clean and newly updated. Location was perfect. It was 7 mins from Universal and 14 mins from Epic! I would definitely stay again.

Very very comfortable beds!!! As described - great views and fantastic space. It was great 👍& it has an awesome view & the living room view was beautiful! The pools and playground were awesome!

Loved staying here! Avoided all Orlando Traffic coming in. This is a good spot. 20 minutes away from Disney parks. Great restaurants, and local areas to hang out! The host was amazing in the space was spotless, just as described

Great location to Disney - about 10 minutes about so close enough to get there quickly but far enough away to be outside of the craziness. Clean place, nice beds, great for kids.
