Apartment holiday rentals in Orange County

We had a great time staying at the condo and enjoyed a short walk to the pool area. It was convininet to have a shopping plaza with restarants, gift shop, coffee shop, and groceries right next to us. It was beautiful condo and clean, the kitchen was missing some basic utelnils and bowls, but we resolved that. If you are a family that cooks and does not go out much, all pots and pans were too small to cook for 6 people, we only had two coffee mugs to share between 3 adults for morning coffee, not a big deal - just plan ahead and get creative. It is not fully stocked kitchen (to our liking) especially for 6 ppl., but I am sure most people would be ok with that if eating out. There was no salt or papper or cooking oil, which is a first for me when renting .The condo was nice and cool, we enjoyed an evening on the balcony too. Overall a great stay and super local to all attractions, trip to Orlando Studios was 10 minutes, and 12 min to the airport, not bad at all! Thanks for hosting us!

I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

This was a great stay! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a blast staying at Amber’s Airbnb. Everything was just as described and the views are amazing. We came down to visit Disney and surrounding parks and it was easily accessible from every direction. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to the Orlando area, we will certainly be coming back!

I stayed here for an extended weekend trip for a seminar I had in the area. The place was lovely and felt right at home right away!

Great stay ! The place was large, spacious, clean, and modern. Also good distance from amusement parks so Ubers are relatively inexpensive.

If you’re visiting Universal Studios, this is a great place to stop and rest.

Absolutely loved staying at Patrick and Sara’s home for our staycation in Orlando. I’m very particular with where I stay and the place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again !!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos. All communication was very quick and effective, and the host was always kind and helpful. Everything is new, spotless, and cozy. You’ll find everything you need to feel truly at home. If I had to make one small note, it’s that the bed makes a bit of noise, but nothing that affects sleep or comfort. The location is great — just a few minutes from Orlando’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again. It was an excellent experience!

Great place to stay, especially if you're needing an extended stay. We felt right at home. We walked around the neighborhood and it was super quiet, gated, and felt safe. Beautiful apartment!

Although I do not always take the time to write reviews as I should, this one is worth writing. This was a last minute booking as my previous booking in Orlando was found to be a scam and Frank helped out and made his place available on short notice wirth less than 24 hours until my arrival. This apartment was great, spacious, and comfortable and I would 100% come back and stay here as I am in Orlando very frequently. It is super close to Publix and many restaurants, Lake Eola, and less than 20 minutes drive to Universal and Disney. This is not a complaint as it is prevalent in many AirBnb's but make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as there was enough for just a couple of days and there is not any cleaning supplies to keep tidy but the Publix is just a few blocks away. Lastly, I actually lost my keys and the apartment FOB in Universal and Frank was so understandable. They were turned in to Lost and Found the next day so everything worked out. Stay here!

Wonderful location. Facility was perfect. Extremely convenient for Disney and Universal. Sitting on the deck overlooking Lake Bryan feels like you are in the country with Disney Springs minutes away. The Host is wonderful as well.

The accommodation was clean and beautiful, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was close to Publix and Chipotle, which was great for food. We really liked the accommodation and would definitely recommend it for next time.

It was a good stay in the Martonio’s apartment but facilities at the location (it was a hotel & suites) are in a pretty poor state, especially gym, swimming pool and area overall. For us it was essential to have a good gym at the location, but AC there wasn’t fixed by the owner (not by Martonio’s team) for 1 month because by their words “It’s too expensive” - no comments here; machines were in poor state with rust on them. From our point of view, swimming pool was also pretty uncleaned everyday. And despite the fact that smoking is prohibited at the location, there was always smell of “you know what” at the lift area. Anyway, about the room and communication there are only pleasant comments . Thanks for that!

Great place to stay!! We stayed here and went to universal and it is so close to the property!!!! A little less than 10 minutes drive and didn’t have to pay an outrageous price! When we come back we definitely plan on staying here!

Amazing place and the host was incredibly helpful, down to surprise details on the kitchen counter and in the fridge. I'd highly recommend this spot, and the outdoor patio is truly something special.

Very responsive host, close to SeaWorld, Aquatica. Vineland outlets 5-10min drive, Universal 15-20 min drive, Disney 20-30 depending on traffic. Quiet, private area. Loved the apartment. Would rent again.

If you plan to go to Disney World this is the perfect space to book! It’s very close to the parks and it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s very clean as well we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. I will definitely be back here!

Stay was clean and comfortable!

We had a phenomenal stay at the condo. The condo was plenty big for our family of 6 and had everything we needed. We spent most mornings sitting watching the sunrise and drinking coffee on the patio and the rest of the days hanging out by the huge pool. The condo itself is just minutes from Disney and from Universal. Highly recommend if you're not wanting to stay at the parks. Plenty of stuff to do other than theme parks as well. Shopping all over and everything you'd need is in close proximity. Our kids loved staying in the bunk beds and watching the fireworks at Epcot through their window at night.
