Holiday rentals with a patio in Winter Park

We had a great stay at David’s condo. You can’t beat the location. Walking distance to all the restaurants and a 1 minute walk to the free bus to take you to winter park as the next stop. It took us a little bit to find a way into the building but entering from the parking garage was easy and didn’t require another key as some of the outer doors on other floors do.

We decided to pack our bags and head to Colorado for Spring Break! As a family of 4 this spot was perfect! Allison was incredibly helpful and so responsive. The condo was just perfect, clean, had everything needed to cook and relax. My girls loved playing outside in the snow by the stream! I can always appreciate an Airbnb that has those small extra touches as well ( a jar of hair ties goes a long way!) We had such great weather and snow my husband wanted to sneak one last ride in and Allison gave us a late check out before our next stop, Steamboat Springs! Thanks again for sharing your home. We will definitely book this spot again!

WOW! Can’t recommend this lovely place strongly enough. It was PERFECT for two couples with children, and also would be perfect as a family!

Laura was great! We had a complication with a camping trip for our anniversary and we needed to find a last second place in Winter Park and Laura came through! She responded within an hour of us reaching out, sent us the check in instructions and saved the day! The place itself is cute and cozy. It was also spotless clean and had everything we needed. It is extremely close to the resort. I mean, we walked there both days and were there in under ten minutes. It’s as central as it gets in Winter Park. Town Center was a 3 minute drive down the road, literally. Laura was very communicative, helpful and even agreed to a late check out. She most literally rescued our anniversary weekend. Highly recommend this spot. Especially if you’re looking for a place close to Winter Park ski resort. Thanks Laura!

We had a great stay in WP. The condo was new with all the creature comforts, clean and comfortable, easy access to the ski hill and tons of activities and great food nearby. Will definitely plan on staying here again, Shawna and Steve were excellent hosts.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend spent skiing at Winter Park! The location was great, easy access to the main village and lifts via shuttle, ski in/ski out/ free parking lot with a lift to the village area. We also appreciated how peaceful and quiet the area was at night. The unit itself was spacious for two people and luggage. The murphy bed was very comfortable and the shower had great hot water and good water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked and made it easy to make breakfasts and quick snacks. Plenty of options for parking outside or in the garage. We especially liked having the option of using the hot tub after a day of skiing to relax. We would definitely stay here again on our next ski trip to Winter Park!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet, peaceful apartment. Comfortable. Cozy. Beautiful river right outside with great outside space to walk around and enjoy the Mountain View. Very nice pool and hot tubs in the clubhouse—all of which were very clean and well kept. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with any questions.

This was our second stay at Desiree’s beautiful Airbnb, and we hope to return again and again. It is indeed a very dog-friendly place to chill with the fur baby, but it also is clean and comfy for us humans. We love being able to sit by the river, or watch tv while our dog runs in and out the doggie door to enjoy “her” huge fenced-in backyard. We’ve not had a single issue with anything - the beds are comfy and Desiree provides all the thoughtful amenities. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views and well-appointed house. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. We had a lovely stay. The place was in amazing condition. Exceptionally clean. Comfy beds and ample space.

The views from the balcony were exactly like the pictures, breathtaking and beautiful. Located between Fraser and Winter Park it was the perfect spot for our mini vacation. We loved sitting on the balcony in the hot tub after hiking all day. In other words, the perfect getaway with amazing views and lots of room for everyone.

We had a amazing stay here at Winter Park. We had 11 family members and didn't feel like we were right ontop of each other with its 3 stories and its open concept. The house had every amenitie that we needed plus some. The views are spectacular in this home which was a added bonus. The house was immaculate upon arrival it looked like nobody had ever lived in it. Tim was very responsive to any questions we had and made staying there just so easy! You wont regret booking this house!!

This place was one of the very best Bnbs that I have stayed at. It was beautiful and actually exceeded our expectations. The private hot tub was a great amenity. The room with the bunk beds was a massive hit with my kids. Sarah was a friendly, responsive and overall great host. I would highly recommend this stay and will look for it again if I’m in the area with my family.

Annie’s place was wonderful and unique. We loved the western adobe theme and the spacious kitchen and living area. It was clean and cozy. We had a garage to park in and a hot tub to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this quiet setting just outside Fraser to others.

Absolutely loved staying here with my extended family! There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The home is stunning and cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. Had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were very responsive when we couldn't find some items. The beds were extremely comfortable (huge plus for us) and had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This place was better equipped than any place we’ve been. So considerate to have spices, tea kettle, plenty of cooking pans and utensils, foil, plastic bags, plenty of trash bags, soap, paper towels, tissues, etc. The floor plan is open and allows for a great family gathering. We had all of our meals at the home. Playtime in the living room and nearby open field with the grandkids was delightful. We were able to enjoy the large TV and beautiful fireplace in the evenings. Erin was so welcoming, we would definitely pick this location again for our next stay in Fraser.

We enjoyed our stay - conveniently located to Winter Park skiing, Safeway just down the road, spacious and comfortable accommodation. One bed was firm memory foam and one was softer, both were comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy meals at the condo and the grocery store is close by. The condo was very comfortable, quiet and has a great view of the mountains and pond. Wendi was very helpful and replied to any questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this condo and hope to go back.

Great Place.....Has everything you need. Quick easy walk to shuttle bus to Winter Park Base. The shuttle bus i believe makes one stop on the way to the base. On the way back it makes two stops, the second one is right in front of the building. The complex is right in the center of town. You can literally park your car when you get there and shuttle or walk to where you want to go. Would definitely stay there again. Having a hot tub right out the door on the second floor was great. Cant go wrong saying here.

Very happy with this unit! Aside from the obvious excellent location one block from Main St., the unit was thoughtfully stocked with quality supplies in excess of typical expectations … from the amount of cooking supplies, to extra towels for the hot tub, to the high quality paper towels and toilet paper (no cheap stuff here!). And final comment … the unit was very well maintained, furnished and VERY CLEAN. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Needed a place to stay in downtown WP for 5 adults for an event in town. Looked at lots of places but ultimately selected Adam’s listing due to location, having 4 bedrooms and value. The unit was exactly like it was described and shown in the listing and overall very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor furniture on the deck every day and it was a welcome respite following travel and hiking. Although located above a small strip mall it was not that noisy (although the gas station was closed because the lot was being resurfaced so less traffic) and easy to walk places in town. Adam and Judy were proactive and clear in their communication and quick to respond with responses. Overall this is a great place for larger groups / families and would definitely look to stay here again if / when I return to WP.
