My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this lovely casita! It was cozy, well equipped, clean, cool and in a really nice neighborhood. Nadia was also great to meet and very friendly.

Really great place. Very quiet and private on a really quiet road yet close to downtown and East Austin. Really enjoyed the location. Mike was a great host. Very responsive. I would highly recommend and will probably be back!

Had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Jessa and Blake’s guesthouse. Clean, cozy, cute space, and welcoming. Has everything you’ll need. Even though the address is on a busy road the guesthouse is very quiet. Easy parking on the side streets. Sheets and towels are good quality. The bed is VERY comfortable. Plenty of hangars for clothes. Air conditioning worked great. Water pressure was good. If you come back at night walkways are illuminated and a motion sensor light comes on. The neighborhood is one of Austin’s originals so if you like houses with character this is the spot. Grocery stores and places to eat within a ten minute drive. Would absolutely come back and stay at the guest house!

Aaron's place is a hidden gem! perfectly nestled just outside downtown Austin. Just walking distance from a park, several restaurants and market. Plenty of parking and quiet neighborhood. Aaron and his family are lovely and more than accommodating. I appreciate their hospitality so much. I will definitely stay at Aaron's place whenever I find myself anywhere near Austin. Thank you so much!

This place was perfect. I was visiting my daughter who lives nearby but doesn't have room for me to stay with her. This hip little spot is in a residential neighborhood which was very quiet and cute. Lots of nearby yummy places to walk to.

As you’d expect from a super host, Alice was excellent from start to finish. She even asked if we needed more towels during the day which we accepted from her and she delivered them almost immediately. If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay at the right price. This is it.

This was a great space for a three night visit. Hosts were very responsive, especially when we misplaced the key (our mistake). Highly recommend!!

The place was amazingly cozy, comfortable, clean, and spacious. I really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Wifi worked well too. Michelle has two dogs that were very friendly with my family (including our dog), so our dog also had a great time. Also the location was really good - easy access to coffee shops and restaurants by walking or short driving as well as to the University of Texas by 10 minutes or so of driving. Would definitely consider this Airbnb again when visiting UT area again in the future.

We had such a great time. The space was perfect for my boyfriend and I with a fully equipped kitchen. Her attention to detail is pretty awesome especially knowing how organized and well labeled everything is. I give it a 10/10. Definitely want to come back. 👏🏾

Stayed at Jon’s cozy casita with my mom and it was the perfect size for 2 people. Felt very private and we got to say hi everyday to his super kind and well behaved doggos. The AC also worked great as it was starting to get hot in Austin! Jon was super responsive and made sure we felt at home. Would definitely stay again!

What an AWESOME place! My boys (11, 8, 5) wanted to move in permanently. We really enjoyed the pool and it was a perfect place for our family of 4. Allison was a great host and provided lots of excellent recommendations. The house was better than expected, super clean, and we would definitely be back!

We loved staying at Allison and Steven’s guesthouse for a week! The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and in a great location. The guest house was very comfortable, cute, and felt spacious. The backyard was lovely and we felt right at home. Allison and Steven were very friendly and welcoming. We’d love to come back next time we’re in ATX. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was a perfect location for my first time visiting Austin - so easy to catch a ride downtown. The patio has a gorgeous view of the DT Austin skyline. David was so friendly and helpful. The place is very comfortable and I felt right at home.

Our stay at the Treehouse was amazing. Private, clean, cozy, patio had a great view, and we found some great places to eat in the area. We can't wait to stay here again. Also, great communication with Lesley.

I stayed at Esmeralda’s tiny home for 3 nights. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Esmeralda had thought of everything. The space is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail—cozy, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made me feel both pampered and cared for. She provided so many extras I didn’t expect: plush towels, quality toiletries, snacks, a well-stocked kitchen, and fridge w/creamer and waters, etc. . It felt like staying at a boutique retreat made just for me. Mornings were magical—waking up to the soft sounds of nearby sheep & roosters and sipping coffee with a peaceful view. At night, the quiet was absolute bliss. Esmeralda is also incredibly kind, generous, and communicative. She checked in just enough to make sure I had everything I needed but always gave me space to relax and enjoy. This tiny home radiates love and care. I had an ideal time here and left feeling recharged. I’ll be back!

It was a nice little place to stay for a couple if weeks. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient for where I needed to go. The noise level was very low as well. Overall it was a great experience!

We enjoyed our stay with Miriam. The place was very clean and we appreciated the peaceful neighborhood. A bonus were all the extras like snacks, restaurant recommendations, extra towels and appliances. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay for a visit to Austin. Located in a quiet area a quick ride away from downtown. Jennifer was friendly and quick to respond to questions.

We really enjoyed our stay. The highlight being spending time in the beautiful lap pool. Our instructions to access the place were clear and we had everything we needed. There was a great place to get coffee and breakfast right around the corner and we walked to dinner and events in downtown Austin. I would absolutely recommend this place to other travelers.

We stayed for a couple days, host were very responsive, great great location, private, place was VERY spacious and no clutter, bathroom features were nice, quite neighborhood and felt safe, no issues finding street parking (and the spot in front of the house was always open during our 4 days). I thought the AC over the bed would be an issue since I'm a light sleeper and hate fans but if u adjust the oscillating ft it's not an issue at all! I will say the steps are steep (noted prior to booking) which may be an issue if u have bad knees or use the bathroom frequently, however the couch has a pull out bed I think and the place is roomy. Overall would stay again!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience with Kristina’s BNB! Cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable, and it smelt like a fresh garden walking in because you’re surrounded by a garden! Instructions to check in and check out were super clear and easy to follow, and the host was very sweet on top of everything! This was our first time in Austin and I’m so glad we had a great first experience. I would totally come back and stay at Kristina’s place again. I highly recommend staying here for a guaranteed relaxing vacation. :)

This stay hit all the marks. It’s in a great location with quick access to everything we wanted to do while also providing the peace and privacy you rarely get this close to Austin. We always felt welcomed coming/going by the hosts and hope to stay again in the future.

We lived near this neighborhood before, and wanted to stay here because how walkable the neighborhood is, and how close it is to a bus route. We enjoyed walking to catch a bus downtown to listen to live music one night, and I walked to meet some friends at Upper Crust Bakery another morning. This guest house was perfect for is, we could relax in privacy and come take a nap between meeting with friends. We appreciate the kind responsiveness to a request and felt all of our needs were met - we appreciate the use of the on site washer and dryer!
