Apartment holiday rentals in Windsor Park, Austin

The studio is extremely well located, clean and neat. It matches the description and photo. There is a lavish amount of storage space in a walk-in closet. I'd stay here again. Disadvantages: As another guest has noted, the mattress isn't that comfortable. It's somewhat lumpy and unsupported at the head. I suspect the bed is one that assumes a box spring. The air conditioner is somewhat noisy and underpowered, like one you'd find in an older motel, but the ceiling fan makes a bid difference. Unfortunately, I had to stand on a chair to turn it on. A remote-controlled fan would be a good upgrade.

The apartment was so clean and well-stocked, extremely comfortable and very convenient location--close to UT and downtown Austin. Blanca was also very responsive to all questions and requests. One of the best AirBnb stays I've ever done!

Stephanie was an absolutely wonderful host—so kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. She made everything smooth from check-in to check-out, always quick to reply and genuinely helpful with any questions I had. The place itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It felt like a true home away from home—cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in every way. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent value for what we paid! Location and price were perfect for us while our son was at orientation at UT. We could get to campus in just a few minutes. It was SO NICE to have a guaranteed parking spot as those are hard to come by in the area! Soft bed, great kitchen amenities, A/C kept it nice and cool, very clean. (Just be sure to take your own blow dryer. It’s very clear in the listing that one is not provided however, I failed to see that and had to buy one. Completely my fault! I just thought it might be helpful to point that out to avid review readers like myself. :) Thank you for hosting us!

Nice loft near downtown Austin, close to majors stadiums and easy access to areas surrounding the university.

Monica was an amazing host, was always responsive if I had any questions and answered them perfectly! She did an amazing job at describing check in, making it super easy! We were also greeted with delicious snack and treats, not something host usually do so I 10 out of 10 recommend Monica and this beautiful property!!

Everything at Marcela’s place was delightful. Although a hilly area in Austin, a very welcoming and beautiful scenery. I was grateful that there was a swimming area nearby that was in walking distance. And if anyone needs to exercise their morning, jog, this is the perfect place to get a good workout. I’m just grateful that I found a good place in Austin.

Beautiful little garage apartment in a quiet corner of Hyde Park. The interior is very well done, and the hosts were very communicative and made everything easy. A great centrally located place to explore Austin from. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at the apartment, it is as described. Clean. Comfortable bed. Great location for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Madison is very responsive and friendly host. Will stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay. I appreciated the onsite gym and pool, as well as the lovely apartment building. The apartment itself had everything you’d need, except perhaps a kettle for making your own coffee or tea. The parking is a bit expensive each day, and having to pay for coffee daily and go out to the lobby for it isn’t ideal. So I would suggest, at the very least, including a kettle to allow guests to make hot drinks. Overall, though, the apartment had everything you needed. It was very, very clean, with nice furniture, a comfortable bed, a lovely lounge area, and a cute little outdoor setting. ☺️ Thank you for the lovely stay. I highly recommend for long term stay. Very Safe and secure area.

We enjoyed our stay! Steve was very responsive with all our questions. We also appreciated all the amentities he had to offer at his property. The area was surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and easy to walk to the locations. Overall, a very great experience. We recommend his place!

Christopher’s place was fantastic. Clean and close to all the local places we wanted to travel to. Proximity to the pool is great as well!

Dakota's apartment was an excellent stay. The view is absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is very elegant, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for cooking and great coffee. The beds and living area furniture are very comfortable and a nice quality. The showers are also nice. The location of the apartment building is great and very walkable to restaurants and entertainment. The apartment building is nice, safe and efficient (as well as the valet parking). The front desk staff are friendly and will securely store luggage until check-in time. Note that the check-in staff seem to only rely on the host for details of the apartment, thankfully Dakota is very responsive. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super clean and comfortable. We were able to use the pool, gym and other community areas. It was just a quick 10 min drive to downtown. Drew was quick to respond whenever needed. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
