Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Windham

Absolutely amazing place and experience. Everything about the place was great and the communication and service was the best. We received 5 inches of snow on our last night and they even had the driveway all plowed for us first thing in the morning. That was a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend!!

This is a great place to stay. We had eight adult men staying for a healing weekend and everyone had their own room. Location is fantastic, views gorgeous, and the amenities were thoughtfully appointed.

We loved our stay at the Greenville Getaway house. The hot tub and firepit were a big hit. Also loved the game room. The escape room was a really nice touch. The house was clean and had everything there you need. Maryana & Scott were very responsive to any questions we had. Book your stay here, you will be pleased you did.

This was our second stay at Catherine’s place and we brought more family with us. We all had a such a fun time! Great place for a quick getaway to relax and unwind from the daily grind. The game room downstairs was enjoyed by all. We were able to get outside as well and sit by the fire in between the rain. Would definitely recommend Catherine’s place!

Substantial and comfortable space. Very well appointed property with hot tub, bath and kitchen with clothes washing facility. Great views and well located near some lovely towns. We had a big car and parking was slightly tight to turn but a very minor observation!

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

Our group’s stay at the Hunter Creek House was a wonderful time! Karen has curated a tasteful, eclectic space down to the finest of details. Everyone in our group had a fun and comfortable stay here. The area is simply gorgeous with plenty of outdoor activities, local shops, and restaurants to enjoy. Karen was so responsive and helpful during our stay and we would absolutely recommend!

If you're looking for a place to stay for a week or weekend away in the Catskils with friends or family, Blue Heaven is the place for you. The home is large, private, beautifully maintained, and not far from plenty of activities in the area. The host Andrew is very kind and responsive and leaves very clear instructions about check in and check out. He also includes tips and recommendations to get the most out of your trip! No need to even leave the property with all the amenities this place has to offer, with a large yard, pool, family room, game room, large eat in kitchen, deck and grills. This place has it all! I highly recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed.

This house is gorgeous!! Our group had a fantastic time. There is so much space, plenty of room for the three families we had staying there. All the kids loved it at Jean's house, from the babies to the 5 year old there was plenty to do and lots of amenities. The theater room was a huge hit! The hot tub was perfect for the adults and we loved how close it was to the house so we could run in after getting out! The view was fantastic even in the winter. We are already talking about coming back in the summer to enjoy the gorgeous infinity pool. This place is really special and we will be talking about it for a long time.

The AK Lodge was perfect for our multi family, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. Having private bathrooms in each bedroom was great. Justyna was very responsive and always answered any questions within minutes. We will defiantly be back.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

The property itself was immaculate — beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect too! Just a short walk from hikes, and local cafes, we were able to enjoy lazy mornings by the and evenings exploring the charming neighborhood. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations for activities and dining spots nearby. We truly felt like we were staying with friends rather than in a rental property. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations. i can’t say enough good things about mercedes and her house. the house is incredible, filled with the most interesting furniture, art, and vignettes. the location is peaceful and beautiful, and easy to get to other towns to spend some time shopping and eating. mercedes is a fabulous host; responsive, helpful, friendly and kind. the house is gorgeous and cozy, with so many things to do at the house during your stay. one of the best air bnbs i’ve stayed at!

We had a great time staying here! The house was clean and matched the description perfectly. It's the perfect place to stay to go skiing in the winter or hiking in the summer!

Gautam was very responsive and extremely kind! The property had a huge backyard. You don’t need to ever leave the premise. The pool, yard, and gazebo were the perfect place to spend the weekend. Each bedroom has a bathroom and had great privacy. It was a great weekend!

We went for a quick weekend getaway with our two dogs and absolutely loved William and Liz’s home, we didn’t want to leave!! I loved the privacy, how peaceful it was, and of course the views! Our dogs enjoyed all the free space to run as well. We unfortunately had a lot of rain when we stayed, causing our tour of howes cavern to be canceled due to flash flooding. We were rescheduled which affected our check out time, but they were so sweet and offered us to check out whenever we liked and even offered us an extra night to stay! (We wish we could have). It was a wonderful weekend getaway and we all can’t wait to go back! :)

The A-Frame on Pudding Hill was everything we were looking for — cozy, private, and super romantic. It had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The hot tub was a little tricky to turn on at first haha, but once it was going, it was perfect. Thank you, Lenny, for being such a thoughtful host. This was our second time staying at Rashmi‘s property and it was just as great as we remembered. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to make dinner at home, the views were amazing and it was so nice to hang out by the fire pit at night. Our dogs loved the backyard and there was a great farm stand just down the road. Rashmi was super responsive and flexible. She is an awesome host and we hope to book another stay soon!

This cabin is set in a little area where the river and the property are one with the woods. A necessity for any outdoor enthusiast. Would definitely stay again.

Henry's cabin is beautiful, spacious, and very well appointed and comfortably furnished. It is located in an extremely private, lushly green, and serene setting. The cabin is surrounded by forest and mountains, with no other houses in site. Henry was incredibly friendly and responsive, and all aspects of his cabin exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this cabin and hope to visit it again someday!
